Я очень «претенциозный» персонаж, но даже с учетом этого меня смогли удивить и необычайно порадовать Mohamed и его команда! Заранее из Москвы я оплатил все необходимое и решил в удобном ритме все свои вопросы и условия / наполнения по экскурсии. На всем пеиоде была комфортная гарантированная поддержка и сопровождение. Очень интересная и познавательная экскурсия! Организатор Мидо очень понравился, приехал во время все рассказал. Весь день, пока мы были на экскурсии был на связи, узнавал как нам гид, как мы добрались туда, во время ли нас привезли в аэропорт и т.д. Мы заказывали экскурсию индивидуальную и это оказалось очень хорошо, т.к. нам подобрали рейс из Каира не поздно ночью, а в 16.30, что было очень удобно, т.к. после 17 уже темно. Гид - Райя просто шикарна. Все рассказала, отвечала на все наши вопросы. Очень приветливая и грамотная. По локации учла все наши пожелания. Спасибо и Мидо и Райе, всем рекомендую попадать к ним!!!!

Отличная команда. Очень клиентоорентированные ребята. Ничего лишнего не впаривают. Забрали с отеля, отвезли в аэропорт, в Каире встретил гид в аэропорту, хорошо говорит по русски, отвезли к пирамидам с утра пока ещё было не так жарко и не так много людей, обращают внимание на то чтоб вам было максимально комфортно. Гид в Каире разбирается во многом и видно что следит за всеми последними новостями об раскопках, очень интересно было общаться о пирамидах, о разных теориях. Обратно так же проводили на самолёт и встретили, рейс задержали у меня, гид который ждал в шарме сидел ждал пока мы прилетим, дождался, очень переживал из за за задержки рейса что нам было не комфортно. Остался очень доволен сервисом этих ребят, приятно общаться. Всем рекомендую в Каир только с этими гидами!! И другие экскурсии так же есть, не обманывают работают честно 🙏
