Описание

  • Под руководством опытного повара вы пройдёте мастер-класс по приготовлению хинкали, хачапури и шашлыка. В процессе вы узнаете о кулинарных тонкостях и истории грузинской кухни.

Гостеприимный дом грузинов в приятной компании, стол полный еды, вино из личного погреба рекой, внимательная хозяйка дома, талантливые музыканты, нескончаемые красивые грузинские тосты, и шикарный вид с большого балкона на ночной город - вот, что меня ожидало. Благодарю за организацию и прекрасный вечер!

Ужасная организация! Мы забронировали экскурсию на следующий день, и нам пообещали, что машина приедет в 18:40. Однако в 18:55, когда я написала гиду с вопросом, сколько ещё ждать, нам вызвали такси, и в итоге трансфер прибыл на 30 минут позже обещанного. Приехав в грузинский дом, мы обнаружили уже начавшееся застолье с участием 12-15 человек, которые путешествовали вместе уже некоторое время. Это заставило нас почувствовать себя неудобно, как незваных гостей. С учетом текущей мировой ситуации гиды должны хотя бы попытаться рассортировать людей с разными взглядами и национальностями. В моем случае я оказалась среди людей другой национальности, и это вызвало сильный дискомфорт. Со мной даже не хотели чокаться, а неприязненные взгляды сопровождали меня весь вечер, несмотря на то, что я тихий и нейтральный человек. Основной целью для нас был кулинарный мастер-класс, но ему уделили всего 20 минут, и показали лишь, как собрать хинкали и хачапури, что оказалось несущественной частью всего вечера. Всё, что сделал гид, — это заказал такси с опозданием на 30 минут. Никакого сопровождения или поддержки. Сам тур был просто застольем и точно не стоил тех денег, которые мы заплатили.
