Алтайский взгляд на кулинарию — какой он? Выясним это на одном из мастер-классов. Вы узнаете, что от древней кухни осталось на столе современных алтайцев. Или продегустируете национальные сыры и сварите авторский. Или научитесь составлять травяные сборы и правильно использовать алтайские растения. Любой ваш выбор — это ключик к секретам традиций и вкусов Алтая.

Что вас ожидает

Мы проедем 70 км по Чуйскому тракту из Горно-Алтайска в село Камлак. По пути вспомним захватывающие алтайские легенды, побываем на Айском подвесном мосту и роднике Аржан-Суу.

В селе Камлак, в зависимости от дня недели, вас ждёт один из мастер-классов в кафе «СенаСтог».

Четверг: мастер-класс «Тайна алтайских трав»

Вы:

  • Обсудите пользу трав, растущих на Алтае
  • Узнаете, как использовались травы и ягоды в кулинарии, национальных обрядах и украшениях
  • Поймёте, как собирать и хранить полезные растения
  • Откроете секреты приготовления домашних отваров, чаёв и настоек
  • Приготовите свой чайный сбор из сезонных трав

Каждый участник получит сертификат и сборник рецептов алтайских чаёв.

Пятница: мастер-класс «Кулинарная археология»

Вы узнаете:

  • Что ел пещерный человек
  • Правда ли, что скифы ели мясо, отбитое под седлом коня, а тюрки — кишки баранов
  • Что от древней кулинарии осталось на столе современных алтайцев
  • Полезна ли модная палеодиета современному человеку
  • Какие древние блюда можно приготовить самому

Каждый участник получит сертификат и сборник рецептов из палеодиеты.

Воскресенье: мастер-класс «Сыр и мир»

Вы:

  • Продегустируете традиционные сыры алтайцев
  • Попробуете себя в амплуа сырного сомелье и научитесь различать оттенки сырных вкусов
  • Приготовите оригинальное блюдо из сыра
  • Сварите настоящий авторский сыр

Каждый участник получит сертификат и сборник рецептов из сыра.

У Ирины все предусмотрено для интересного рассказа - планшеты, фото, музыка. Она молодец! Мастер-класс - супер. Быстро, несложно и с результатом, который заберем с собой.

Экскурсию нам провела светлейший человек Ирина (гид), мастер слова и своего дела, рассказавшая нам не только то, что включала программа, но и ответившая на наши дополнительные вопросы, четко и по существу! И Ирина, мастер слов и рукодельница, заклинательница трав! В экскурсии для простоты восприятия присутствовали устройства с наушниками, чтобы в случае непогоды гида вы могли услышать в любом случае. Авто комфортабельное, просторное, ехали и наслаждались историей края, словно это люкс! Гид Ирина рассказала нам в пути о многом, об экосистеме края, его традициях и народах, об истории и интересных местах, куда нам стоит заглянуть, и что стоит попробовать! Мы невероятно благодарны ей за помощь нам в наших небольших проблемах - очень отзывчивый человек, такой доброты не встречали настолько давно, что пишу это и на глазах наворачиваются слезы ❤️ Рукодесница травница Ирина рассказала нам о травах, растущих в этом чудесном краю и по всей нашей стране, удивила тем, что же из них можно кушать (вы правда будете удивлены!) и не просто сказала, а показала и дала отведать некоторые из них! Рассказала и о сборе, где и когда какие растения собирать. Мы с ней и скрутку вместе скрутили, и дикорастущих трав поели, и даже собрали собственные чайные сборы! ❤️ Наша оценка по каждому пункту - 10/10, Ирины, мы уже скучаем по вам!

Огромное спасибо! настолько комфортно, интересно и Ирина сама по себе замечательная, с удовольствием бы съездила еще раз с ней на другие экскурсии и всем рекомендую.
