Описание

Это будет, пожалуй, самая удивительная и вкусная экскурсия на Сахалине. Буссе — единственное озеро в России, где вы сможете сами наловить моллюсков! Естественно, под присмотром опытного гида. Устричная банка, горячий обед и атмосферные фото — получить столько гастровпечатлений вам не удастся ни в одном ресторане мира!

Что вас ожидает

  • По прибытии на озеро мы подберём для вас необходимое снаряжение — резиновые сапоги и перчатки. Установим закрытый шатёр со столами и стульями, чтобы вам было удобно обедать.
  • Вы прослушаете инструктаж по технике безопасности и отправитесь к устричное банке на бананах или лодках в зависимости от размера группы
  • Гид покажет и расскажет, где найти устриц и морских ежей, поможет собрать улов и сделать красивые кадры
  • Затем на берегу будут мастер-класс по открыванию и употреблению устриц и горячий обед. Приготовим уху из красной рыбы.
  • А после в свободное время вы сможете прогуляться и сделать фото
  • Если не захотите отправиться за уловом, можете подождать группу на берегу. Вам в любом случае достанутся и горячий обед, и порция необычных впечатлений.

Тайминг экскурсии:

  • Время в дороге туда и обратно — 2–2,5 часа
  • Установка шатра гидом — 30 минут
  • Инструктаж и подготовка к сбору — 30 минут
  • Сбор устриц — 30 минут
  • Готовка и обед — 1 час
  • Свободное время — 2–3 часа

Организационные детали

  • В стоимость включены трансфер на Mitsubishi Delica, аналогичном транспорте или автобусе, услуги гида, дегустация устриц и горячий обед
  • В сезон количество людей в группах может достигать 40-45 человек
  • Экскурсия подойдёт для взрослых и детей от 5 лет
  • Начало экскурсии зависит от приливов и отливов. Уточняйте в переписке с гидом
  • Если вы едете с детьми, обязательно возьмите для них резиновые сапоги. Мы выдаём обувь от 36-го размера

В целом экскурсия не плохая, но такую экскурсию нужно проводить с меньшим числом туристов, 50 человек это слишком много для дегустационного тура (очень шумно, хаос) девушку на дегустации не слышно, парни после вылова стоят замученные раскрывают эти устрицы без конца и всё равно кому-то не достаётся, опять же из-за большого количества людей. То что инвентарь (сапоги и перчатки) дырявый, можно списать, предупреждали (обязательно иметь сменную одежду). И желательно чтобы дорога в 2,5 часа была чем-то заполнена хотя-бы в одну сторону, а не сидеть как вакууме

Из плюсов: устричная банка стоит того, чтобы на нее съездить, устриц все нашли и все поели, начали вовремя, персонал вежливый и тактичный. Не понравилось не соответствие описание организации: в описании максимальная группа 25 чел, редко до 30 человек, нас было почти 50. Формально нас везли на 2х автобусах как 2 группы, но наш автобус специально останавливался в пути и ехал медленно какие-то участки, чтобы приехать одновременно со вторым, как только мы вышли из автобусов мы стали одной огромной перемешанной группой - т.е. все ждали когда 50 человек ВСЕ переоденутся, потом всех вместе ждали на инструктаж одновременно, потом, нас всех вместе усаживали на 4 лодки вперемешку и мы все 50 человек шли к банке с устрицами и собирали их там. Проблем на банке с устрицами не было - всем хватило места и устриц, и покормили всех потом после экскурсии в двух домиках отдельно как бы, проблемы в том, что тайминг экскурсии пошел к черту когда мы еще ехали и ждали второй автобус, очевидно, что выдача сапог на 50 человек в 2 раза дольше чем на 25, загрузка в лодки тоже и т.п. - а все действия последовательные. Как итог мы потеряли около 1 часа из-за ожидания 2 автобуса в дороге и увеличение времени на обслуживание 50 человек вместо 25 одновременно. В чем была проблема не ждать второй автобус и двигаться с разницей в эти 30 минут, не мешая друг другу? Вишенкой стал уехавший автобус в то время когда по расписанию он должен был увести нас, уехав на 40 минут он вернулся через 1,5 часа, за что перед нами немножко извинились и рассказав про аварию (которой нет в сводках и следов на дороге от нее тоже не было), еще 1 час мы простояли в пробке на вьезде в город, возможно в которую бы так не попали выехав по расписанию. Как итог от обещанного возвращения в 19-19:30 мы приехали в 22:30, что для меня было критично. Неприятен сам факт введения в заблуждение -напишите что у вас группы по 50 человек и в город вернетесь к 21:00 т.к. пробки по выходным и впечатление не было бы испорчено. Бонусом водитель автобуса сказал что кондиционера нет и не включал его в жару, благо он на полдороге был сменен на другого, у которого оказался кондиционер в этом же автобусе есть.
