Описание
Я предлагаю познавательную поездку на пивоваренный завод в город Плезнь, где почти 200 лет назад начали варить самое известное пиво в мире Пилзнер Уркуэлл.
5 октября 1842 года впервые увидело свет пиво Пилзнер Уркуэлл — самое лучшее пиво в мире, именно так его презентуют в пивном баре на Монмартре. Сам город Плзень, в 2015 году объявлен культурным центром Европы.
Программа
В пути я расскажу вам историю завода, о городе Плзень и, конечно, о пиве: я успешно закончила курсы пивных сомелье при Мюнхенском институте пива и многое знаю об этом напитке.
Путь до Плзени займет около часа, каждый день в 12.00 на пивоваре проводится экскурсия на русском языке. Продолжительность — 50 минут. Вы увидите не только сам процесс варки пива, но и получите возможность в музее рассмотреть в микроскоп пивные дрожжи — те самые, которые и делают пиво пивом. Пройдетесь по пивным подвалам, где вас ждет дегустация уникального пива, которое можно попробовать только там, глубоко под землей, прямо из дубовой бочки.
После экскурсии, по вашему желанию, можно пообедать в фирменном ресторане «На спилце» — отменный выбор национальных чешских блюд, и широкий ассортимент плзеньского пива, включая отменный «Мастер».
На пивоваре, в магазине, можно купить все местные сорта пива, пивные кружки с логотипом пивовара, и многочисленные аксессуары и сувениры.
