Описание

В программе экскурсии — сразу два Петербурга, величественный и неприглядный. Вы побываете в исторических парадных и секретных дворах-колодцах доходных домов. Узнаете, как строился город и как жили люди различных сословий. От роскошных доходных домов до коммунальных квартир — перед вами предстанут все грани Северной столицы, о которых мы расскажем в простом для восприятия формате.

Что вас ожидает

Мы посетим 5–6 старинных парадных и множество дворов-колодцев. Количество локаций будет зависеть от времени, которое мы проведём в каждой из них.

Вы посетите:

  • Дом Вельяшева — голубая парадная с высокими потолками
  • Доходный дом Крючкова — оригинальные деревянные двери, белая печь и зелёный камин
  • Доходный дом Елисеева — дворы-колодцы с интригующим названием «близнецы»
  • Доходный дом Тишининой — красивая парадная с бывшим газовым фонарем, лепниной, сохранившейся плиткой и тамбуром
  • Дом Иоффе — тот самый, у Пяти углов, с самым знаменитым в Петербурге двором-колодцем, который еще называют «двор-котик»
  • Особняк Каншина — богатая лепная отделка с кариатидами и купидонами
  • Дом Никонова — «пряник», который хочется рассматривать бесконечно
  • Дом Дехтеринского — объёмные стены, узорчатая плитка, бывший газовый фонарь и красивая объёмная лепнина
  • Толстовский дом
  • Дом писателя Довлатова

Каждое из этих зданий хранит не только удивительные судьбы жильцов (о них тоже поговорим!), но и целый пласт бытовой истории дореволюционных времён. Среди наиболее интересных деталей:

  • Красивая массивная лепнина
  • Сохранившаяся оригинальная плитка
  • Узорчатые балясины лестниц
  • Бывшие газовые фонари
  • Замкнутые дворы-колодцы снаружи

Организационные детали

  • Экскурсия пешеходная. Позаботьтесь о подходящей одежде и обуви: желательно надеть кроссовки. Возьмите зонтик или дождевик, если возможен дождь, кофту или куртку, если на улице прохладно
  • По запросу экскурсию можно провести в индивидуальном формате. Стоимость будет зависеть от количества участников:
    — 7200 ₽ за всех, если ваша группа от 1 до 4 человек
    — 1500 ₽ за чел., если ваша группа от 5 до 10 человек
    — 1200 ₽ за чел., если ваша группа от 11 человек
  • На экскурсию допускаются дети от 6 лет в сопровождении взрослых. Билет за ребенка при этом оплачивается по полной стоимости. Если ваш ребенок младше, пожалуйста, уточните о возможности попасть на экскурсию в сообщениях

Очень понравилась экскурсия, которую Тимур провел на одном дыхании, используя при этом энциклопедические познания в истории и архитектуре. Супер!!!!

Мы в восторге от нашего гида. Подача материала, подготовка, интеллигентность, внешний облик, речь. Мимо прошли две экскурсии по парадным - нам было, с чем и с кем сравнить. Экскурсия прошла на одном дыхании. По времени ровно столько, чтобы не устать и чтобы информация усваивалась.

Экскурсовод хороший, рекомендую Дарью, маршрут по парадным нескольких доходных домов, дворам-колодцам, в конце маршрут по улице Рубинштейна.
