Описание

Восток — это древняя история и свои собственные, особенные вкусы. Мы убеждены, что в Самарканде нужно не только любоваться архитектурой, но и пробовать еду: самсу, шашлыки, манты... У всех этих блюд, как и у достопримечательностей, которые мы исследуем, есть свои секреты — вы их услышите. Уютные старые улочки, главная площадь с мечетями и медресе и местная гастрономия — наш план!

Что вас ожидает

  • Начнём утро с настоящего узбекского завтрака — горячей лепёшки с каймаком, которую готовят уже не одно столетие на древнем базаре Сиаб. Пробудим свои вкусовые рецепторы и погуляем по старинным улицам c уютными махаллями (кварталами), где каждый уголок пропитан историей.
  • Исследуем комплекс Шахт-Зинда и мечеть Биби-Ханум, пройдёмся по улочкам, где когда-то жила еврейская община, и попробуем настоящий компот из урюка — вкусный напиток, который готовят местные жители в домашних условиях и выставляют на продажу прямо на улице у дома
  • Посетим площадь Регистан и Гур-Эмир — мавзолей Тамерлана
  • На обед отправимся на гастрономическую улицу, где каждое блюдо — настоящее произведение искусства. Отведаем горячую самсу из тандыра, попробуем ароматные шашлыки, насладимся вкусом мантов и раскроем секреты и технологии приготовления этих блюд.

В течение всего гастропутешествия гид будет делиться удивительными фактами и историями, чтобы вы не только попробовали Самарканд на вкус, но и узнали о его прошлом и настоящем.

К сожалению, разочарованы. Вдвойне неприятно из-за того, что мы, прочитав отзыв Натальи от 16 сентября, заранее написали организаторам о том, что хотели бы сделать акцент именно на местной гастрономии (лепешки, каймак, компот и тд и тп). Каймак искали, поскольку в том месте, где обычно, по словам Анвара (наш гид), он есть, каймак закончился. Нашли на выходе из базара в банке 0,5 закрытой целлофаном. Мы в целом ок с любым форматом, если вкусно, но все же в качестве запланированного специалитета полагали увидеть что-то чуть более цивилизованное. Далее в программе экскурсии заявлены: «попробуем настоящий компот из урюка» - не попробовали. Гид привел нас к месту, где компот обычно варят. Но нам не повезло. Никакого намека. «на обед отправимся на гастрономическую улицу, где каждое блюдо — настоящее произведение искусства. Отведаем горячую самсу из тандыра, попробуем ароматные шашлыки, насладимся вкусом мантов и раскроем секреты и технологии приготовления этих блюд» - не попробовали. То есть этот пункт программы был пропущен вообще. Ни самсы и ничего другого. Самарканд прекрасен, и местная еда заслуживает того, чтобы пробовать ее на вкус и наслаждаться каждым кусочком. Конечно же, мы все это нашли, но, увы, не на экскурсии Вкусный Самарканд.

Мы гуляли с Анваром. На прогулку ушёл целый день. Экскурсия была очень гибкой и исходила из наших пожеланий и интересов. До объектов мы передвигались на такси. Очень понравился Самарканд, его величественная история, архитектура. Отдельно спасибо гиду Анвару за интересный и насыщенный день. Анвар отлично знает историю, много интересных фактов и мифов. Отвёз нас на вкуснейший плов. Однозначно рекомендуем

Нашим гидом был Анвар, который провел для нас гастрономическую экскурсию , т.к. историческая часть не интересовала. Привел нас на базар, где мы позавтракали лепешкой с каймаком, очень вкусно!!!(единственный минус, что каймака нам досталось остатки, потому что его раскупили…, и если вы заявляете об этой опции, то предоставляйте ее в полной мере) Дальше мы поехали поесть самсы, где мы наблюдали за процессом закладывания в тандыр И после этого Анвар отвез нас, где готовят настоящий самаркандский плов и это было вкусно. Нам понравилось все!!! Сытых и довольных нас доставили по месту назначения. Анвар-приятный в общении человек, который рассказывал нам о местных традициях и как правильно и с чем кушать. Спасибо
