Описание

Cордавала, Сердоболь, Сортавала — это всё названия нашего городка. Мы встретимся на набережной, я расскажу Вам об истории города, о том, как лучше запомнить важные для статуса города даты. Я проведу вас по центральным сортавальским улицам. Мы рассмотрим необычную планировку города, сохранившуюся с финских времён. Вы увидите, как многообразны архитектурные стили зданий — модерн, неоклассицизм и финский функционализм.

Что вас ожидает

  • Мы пройдём по старинной улице Кристинанкату к мысу Кирккониеми
  • Вы увидите Управление Финской православной церкви, или «Дом Форда», необычную автостанцию и пожарное депо позапрошлого века
  • Посмотрите на здания бывших банков и удивитесь их количеству в таком небольшом городе. Среди них найдёте сберегательный и Хельсинкский банки, а также Объединённый банк Северных стран
  • Мы вместе сосчитаем треугольные площади в городе. Я объясню, почему они появились в Сортавале
  • Мы пройдём по старинной улице Турункату, одной из самых хорошо сохранившихся с начала прошлого века

  • О карело-финском эпосе «Калевала» и памятнике рунопевцу
  • Особенностях происхождения финских и карельских названий, а также некоторых фамилий
  • Интересных людях, которые жили в городе Сортавала и оставили здесь необыкновенное «наследство»

Остались очень довольны экскурсоводом еще даже до экскурсии 😀 она нам посоветовала сменить вариант с учетом того, что мы с коляской и маленьким ребенком. Ответила на все вопросы и помогла определится. На самой экскурсии чувствовалась ее любовь к своему краю и желание рассказать и показать как можно больше, причем легким и интересным языком. Но на этом не закончилась гостеприимство Светланы. Уже после экскурсии она послала сообщение с рекомендациями, что еще можно посетить в городе. Одной из их мы воспользовались и совсем не пожалели. Без ее подсказки не нашли бы сами это место.

Экскурсия прошла отлично. Слушала экскурсовода как завороженная. Очень интересно и подробно всё рассказывала. 1,5 часа пролетели очень быстро и я осталась под огромным впечатлением.

Светлана с большой любовью к Сортавала познакомила нас с этим небольшим, но с очень богатой историей, городом. Слушать было увлекательно и интересно. Также гид провела небольшой экскурс о языке Карелов, обычаях и традициях края. Рекомендую!

Великолепная экскурсия! Очень интересно было услышать историю города Сортавала от коренной карелки. Мы в этот день уезжали и взяли на 1,5 ч экскурсию. Если время позволяет советую брать на большее время. Светлана очень увлеченно и воодушевленно рассказывает о городе. Мы слушали с огромным удовольствием и об архитектуре и о происхождении карельских, финских названий, о рунах, о карельских традициях, о которых Светлана знает из собственного опыта в том числе. И хотя нам надо было уезжать, по совету Светланы мы посетили музей Кронида Гоголева и не пожалели. А еще так воодушевились экскурсией, что позже приобрели книгу "Калевала". Хотим поблагодарить такого замечательного экскурсовода и порекомендовать экскурсии со Светланой!
