Пиво — это больше, чем просто светлое и тёмное. Мы производим сорта, которые получили признание как в России, так и во всём мире. Приходите к нам — и вы станете настоящим фанатом хмельного напитка! Увидите все тонкости произвоства, попробуете пиво прямо из танка, а также продегустируете закуски в невероятно эстетичном баре с арочными окнами и винтажным оборудованием.

Что вас ожидает

В нашей крафтовой пивоварне вам предстоит совершить погружение в мир производства пива в сопровождении мастеров своего дела.

  • Сначала вы попадёте в бар с продуманным интерьером, где вас будут ждать необычные закуски:
    — тост с лососем
    — брускетта вителло тоннато
    — паштет из утиной печени на песочном тесте
    — тост с овощами гриль
    — грудинка с релишем из огурцов на ржаном хлебе
  • Далее вы примете участие в экскурсии по производству. Успеете потрогать и попробовать солод, увидеть линию розлива и понаблюдать за этим процессом в реальном времени. Вы узнаете:
    — кто запустил тренд на крафт
    — как сварить кофейное пиво
    — правда ли, что в пиве не обязательно должен быть хмель
    — чем полезен хмельной напиток
    — почему один и тот же сорт в России считается пивным напитком, а в Германии пивом
  • И в финале — дегустация 6 сортов хмельных напитков:
    — карамелизированный венский лагер с привкусом попкорна
    — лихтенхайнер с кислинкой и привкусом копчения (такой, как обжаривали на костре и пили викинги)
    — иппа с интересной ароматикой
    — фруктовый эль с мягким ананасовым и банановым оттенками
    — золотой бельгийский эль

Начну с плюсов, т.к. минусы всегда пишут и читают охотнее)) Нам повезло с гидом на месте. Сразу видно, что человек не только разбирается в теме, но и увлечен этим делом по настоящему. Плюс открыли для себя новый вкус, который бы просто так в магазине даже рассматривать не стали)) Из минусов: группа не мини. Было человек 15. Лично для нас это много и совершенно некомфортно. Также не очень понравилось самое начало (как организована изначальная встреча) и отсутствие удобного места в начале самой уже экскурсии (стояли мин 20 на одном месте в холле). Про "историческое здание" ни слова, просто макретинговый ход(( Любители архитектуры, купившиеся в т.ч. на это, будут разочарованы с вероятностью 99%. Тем не менее, в целом впечатление осталось хорошее. Посоветовать знакомыми можно, но с оговорками))

Да, конечно это не экскурсия на настоящий большой пивзавод, типа как Балтика. Но в Балтику попасть не получилось, туда экскурсии почему-то пока перестали водить. Пошли в эту частную пивоварню и ни капельки не пожалели. Группа собирается не на улице, а в пивной при этой пивоварне, пока ждем старта экскурсии нам принесли их разного пива и вкусной закуски. Настроение уже стало лучше )) Потом пошли на производство. Экскурсовод - молодой парень и хорошо поставленной речью, понимает не по книжкам в процессе изготовления пива, видно что живет этим. Рассказал об истории пивоваренья, чем эль отличается от лагера, что делает пиво темным, светлым и мутным, какие составляющие пива и почему они именно такие. Оказывается даже природные свойства воды сильно влияют на вкус и поэтому воду надо сначала дистиллировать, а потом насыщать солями и минералами, свойственными региону, в котором производится соответствующая марка пива. В общем интересно. Единственный минус - первые полчаса рассказ и дегустация проходит у входа на производство и все это время мы стояли. Это тяжело и портит впечатление. Туда бы хотя бы табуреточки поставить, чтобы сидя дегустировать. Ну это так, лирика. Ну и конечно дегустация из бочек прямо на производстве - пиво у этих ребят просто божественное!! Куча разных сортов и все вкусное, ооооочень вкусное. Даже жена, которая к пиву не очень - она тоже прям в диком восторге была. Пытаюсь найти это пиво в Москве - не продается. В общем очень рекомендую.
