Описание

Я поделюсь с вами секретом одного из вкуснейших блюд — армянской хашламы! Её готовят особым способом в специальном казане. Мясо, свежие помидоры, перец, картофель, зелень, щепотка особых секретных специй, немного магии — и ароматная хашлама готова! Её едят с лавашом, поднимая бокал вина за дружбу народов и мир на земле. И мы с вами сделаем так же!

Что вас ожидает

Хашлама в Армении — очень популярное блюдо, которое подают на торжествах. Вы примите участие во всех этапах приготовления, а также узнаете:

  • Что значит хашлама в переводе с армянского
  • Из какого мяса готовят это блюдо
  • Какие секреты и тонкости нужно учитывать при приготовлении
  • С чем обычно подают хашламу на стол

После мастер-класса мы продегустируем получившееся блюдо и продолжим общение за бокалом армянского вина, чашкой чая или кофе. Также на столе вас будут ждать свежие овощи, лаваш, сыры, зелень. А в колонках я включу приятную музыку, чтобы наша встреча прошла максимально комфортно и непринуждённо.

Очень интересно было посмотреть на домашний быт изнутри, приготовить национальное блюдо. И мы это получили! Хашлама получилась очень вкусной, а разговор душевным! Мы засиделись так, что время давно вышло🥹 Ирина невероятно умная, начитанная и разносторонняя женщина, слушать её рассказы было очень увлекательно. В квартире было немного прохладно, но это нормально для Еревана (это мы узнали от другого гида). Ирина, продолжайте свой путь, у Вас благие намерения и чистое сердце! Котики тоже замечательные🐱

Планируя свою поездку в Ереван и выбирая этот мастер-класс, я хотела оказаться тёплой атмосфере армянского дома, прикоснуться к настоящему очагу, встретить живых людей в их домашней обстановке, послушать их рассказы, узнать чем они сейчас живут и научиться чему-то новому. Всё это и даже больше я почувствовала, оказавшись в доме замечательной Ирины, на её мастер-классе по приготовлению хашламы. Её искусство вкусно готовить, с совершенно открытой душой принимать незнакомых людей в своём доме, делиться историями своей семьи вызывает восхищение, уважение и радость за то, что есть такие замечательные и светлые люди. Были на мастер-классе у Ирины по приготовлению национального армянского супа - Хашлама. Благодарим Ирину за вкусное угощение толмой перед мастер-классом, армянскими сырами и овощами, все было вкусно) а после нашего мастер-класса мы уехали с умением готовить этот чудесный суп в двух вариантах - классическом и летнем.
