Сегодня у нас была экскурсия с Александром. И это было чудесно. Александр замечательный рассказчик, мы прекрасно провели эти чудесные 4 часа, особое внимание уделил разнообразной архитектуре Майами и уличному искусству этого города. Описание
Наша обзорная экскурсия — это ваш шанс погрузиться в самобытную культуру двух интереснейших городов — Майами и Майами-Бич — и при этом насладиться тропическим климатом. Музейный гараж, небоскрёбы на пляжах, особняк Версаче, спортивный зал под открытым небом, кубинские рестораны и фабрики сигар — всё это ждёт вас в программе!
Что вас ожидает
- Южный пляж — самый туристический район города. Вы увидите особняк Версаче, где он был убит, отели в стиле ар-деко, Мускульный пляж (спортивный зал под открытым небом)
- Остров Фишера, на который можно попасть только по воде. Это место проживания знаменитых людей — Сильвестра Сталлоне, Джулии Робертс, Игоря Крутого, Анны Курниковой — и один их самых богатых районов США
- Район ар-деко, где находятся жемчужины архитектуры этого стиля. Зайдём внутрь одного из отелей и изучим интерьеры
- Район Винвуд — открытый музей городской живописи. Посмотрим на муралы и шедевры современного искусства на стенах зданий и заглянем в кафе, в котором кроме еды продают классические автомобили и электрические гитары
- Район дизайна, где проходят выставки скульптуры, расположены роскошные магазины и музейный гараж — единственный в своём роде
- Район Солнечного пляжа — место проживания русскоязычной общины Майами, в том числе звёзд российской эстрады. Небоскрёбы на пляже, здания с гаражами в квартирах — всё это можно увидеть здесь
- Брикелл — Манхэттен в Майами, финансовый центр. Покажу вам небоскрёбы в тропической растительности, набережную с видом на залив и необычное здание с колоннами в виде человеческих голов
- Маленькая Гавана — место проживания кубинцев. Здесь находятся кубинские рестораны с живой музыкой (заглянем в один из них, и я угощу вас кофе), фабрики сигар, скульптуры петухов и парк для игры в домино
Во время экскурсии я расскажу вам об истории штата Флорида, о возникновении городов Майами и Майами-Бич, о туристическом рае, бурно развивающейся экономике, культурном богатстве. Вы узнаете о роли, которую сыграли в этом интереснейшие персонажи: Хенри Флаглер — равный партнёр Джона Рокфеллера, Джон Коллинс — основатель Майами-Бич, Карл Фишер — строитель искусственных островов, и Джулия Таттл — «мать Майами».

Александр очень эрудированный и приятный рассказчик, с приятным голосом, что тоже важно! Мы взяли обзорную экскурсию и получилось очень здорово - немного истории, немного видов и пейзажей, немного архитектуры, немного искусства, несколько интересных и неочевидных для обычного туриста мест в Майами-Бич и в Майами! Такие экскурсии вызывают желание приехать ещё, узнать больше, прочитать ещё об услышанном. Наша обзорная экскурсия - 4,5 часов чистого удовольствия! Спасибо Александр!

Экскурсия прошла великолепно. Александр знает Майями, показывает интересные и незапланированные места, осведомлен интересными деталями, прекрасно знает историю . Приятный человек, вежливый, опрятный, уделяет гостям много времени, помогает делать фотографии. Очень хорошая машина, кондиционер, чистая, бутилированная вода. Очень аккуратно, но в то же время маневренно водит машину. С удовольствием буду рекомендовать его , как гида и водителя всем приезжим в Майями. Спасибо !!!♥️

Мы были потрясены красотой Майами:природой,архитектурой и людьми этого города.Потрясены эрудицией и огромными знаниями Александра.Он давал исчерпывающую информацию по любому вопросу,исторических датах о людях построивших этот чудный город ,видах архитектуры.
