Описание
Эта прогулка — для настоящих гурманов и тех, кто хочет ощутить себя флорентийцем. Вы попробуете деликатесы тосканской кухни. Не спеша пройдёте по традиционным рынкам, продуктовым лавочкам, уютным трактирам и винным магазинам. Оцените настоящий флорентийский стритфуд. И конечно, узнаете о гастрономических привычках и любимых местах местных жителей.
Что вас ожидает
Городской рынок. Вы попробуете местные деликатесы: изделия с трюфелем, сыры, паштеты и тосканское печенье «кантуччини». И узнаете больше об ингредиентах и способах подачи
Очаровательный домашний ресторан с секретным погребом, где вы познакомитесь с хозяином и продегустируете несколько типов местного вина и традиционный паштет из куриной печени*.
Джелато. Я поделюсь с вами историей создания итальянского мороженого, а вы отведаете несколько сезонных вкусов в историческом кафе.
Флорентийский стритфуд. Вы оцените уличную еду, которой не найти в другом итальянском городе — рубец и сычуг по-флорентийски.
Два исторических кафе, где вы ознакомитесь с лучшими традиционными деликатесами и местной выпечкой.
Во время прогулки вы поймёте, как итальянцам удаётся есть много пасты и пиццы и не толстеть, а также почему в Тоскане пьют много вина и при этом не становятся алкоголиками.
В конце дня все вкусы Флоренции сложатся в единую картину того, что называют «дольче вита». Вы поймёте, почему итальянцы в целом и флорентийцы в частности так гордятся своей гастрономической культурой и могут говорить о ней бесконечно.

- С радостью посоветую вам лучшие трактиры, рестораны и места, где можно отведать то или иное блюдо тосканской кухни и помогу с бронированием стола
