Увидим их парадные лестницы, интерьеры Витебского вокзала и старинные здания гвардейских казарм. Поговорим о тех, кто жил в Семенцах — многие имена будут вам знакомы.

Район Семенцы и его жители

В районе между рекой Фонтанкой и Обводным каналом с 18 века был расквартирован лейб-гвардии Семëновский полк. Со временем соседями солдат и унтер-офицеров становятся промышленники, почëтные граждане, строительные подрядчики и купцы разных гильдий, которые возводят здесь уютные доходные дома и прогрессивные общественные здания. Многие из них стали знаковыми на карте Петербурга. Сегодня Семенцы — это тихий район в историческом центре Петербурга, хранящий множество интересных тайн.

Недавно побывали с супругом на пешеходной экскурсии по району Семенцы и хочу поделиться положительными впечатлениями! Это один из тех туров, после которых начинаешь смотреть на знакомый город совершенно другими глазами. Семенцы — это не просто район на карте Петербурга между Звенигородской и Технологическим институтом. Это настоящий заповедник петербургской старины с уникальной историей, которую нам мастерски раскрыл наш гид, Антон. Что особенно понравилось: · Маршрут: Нас провели по тихим, немноголюдным улочкам и переулкам, куда обычный турист никогда бы не забрел. Это был уединенный и очень камерный Петербург. · Истории: Рассказ о судьбах жителей, об архитектурных деталях, о том, как менялся район с течением времени. Это была история не парадного, а повседневного города. · Гид: Антон — эрудит и фанат своего дела. Видно, что он любит этот район и глубоко погружен в его историю. Итог: Эта экскурсия — выбор для тех, кто хочет выйти за рамки стандартных туристических маршрутов по Невскому проспекту и Дворцовой площади. Она для тех, кому интересен «другой», аутентичный, живой Петербург. Однозначно рекомендую! Время пролетело незаметно.

Уже были на экскурсии у Антона с друзьями и снова восхитительно! Район Семенцы- уютный и спокойный с необычными домами и зданиями. Впечатлил Витебский вокзал. Даже трудно представить, что когда-то здесь был не самый респектабельный район Петербурга. Спасибо за увлекательный рассказ и новые открытия!

Ходили с Антоном по Семенцам. Все очень понравилось, выражаем большую благодарность. Пешая прогулка прошла бодро и интересно, отметили для себя много нового. Рассказ Антона последовательный и структурированный. В некоторых местах района мы уже были самостоятельно: Антон обращал наше внимание на детали и наиболее интересные здания, элементы зданий и улиц. Сам район прогулки очень тихий, немноголюдный и спокойный, самое то выбраться в праздники или в туристические сезоны. С удовольствием советуем!

У Антона уже на 3 экскурсии и пойдём ещё! Район Семенцы - это золотая середина в плане наполнения: красивые доходные дома, истории знаменитых людей, но при этом не туристическое гетто типа Невского или 5 углов.
