Описание

Мы действующие почётные мастера барного ремесла. И мы везде «свои». Вместе с нами вы увидите, как работают бары, и узнаете много интересного о внутренней кухне. Познакомитесь со знаменитыми барменами и владельцами заведений. Погрузитесь в историю производства и употребления алкоголя. Будет хмельно, познавательно и весело!

Что вас ожидает

Вы побываете в 4–5 барах Петербурга и ощутите контраст между подходами заведений к гостям.

Изысканные культурные места. Они скрыты от посторонних глаз потайной дверью в гардеробе. Гостей здесь встречают, словно аристократов 19 века, и сюда невозможно попасть без брони. Вы окунётесь в эпоху Александра II и/или времена сухого закона Российской Империи, выберете коктейль по картам или без меню, на основе вкусовых предпочтений.

Заведения андеграундного формата. Готовьтесь увидеть буфетчиц из советской рюмочной, посетить бар в парадной или арке доходного дома. В таких барах вы самостоятельно смешаете напиток, запустите рок-н-ролл на аппарате с пластинками или сыграете партию в бильярд.

В каждом баре вы:

  • Услышите краткие лекции по истории возникновения и производства алкоголя
  • Познакомитесь с теорией построения смешанных напитков
  • Узнаете, как правильно смешивать алкоголь в домашних условиях и не ошибиться с выбором напитков в барах и ресторанах
  • Выясните, как возникли и развивались тренды барной индустрии 100 лет назад и сейчас
  • Научитесь понимать по качеству сервиса и предложения, соответствует ли заведение мировым стандартам барной культуры
  • Поймёте, где, как и что правильно употреблять, чтобы быть огурчиком с утра

Организационные детали

На выходные, праздничные и предпраздничные дни лучше планировать прогулку заранее. Бары на такие дни обычно забронированы под завязку.

Дополнительно оплачиваются напитки — от 700 ₽/шт

  • Начало и конец прогулки — в центре города
  • Потребуются наличные деньги — от 1100 ₽ за чел., так как в некоторых барах оплата только наличными
  • Для встречи предпочтителен дресс-код — смарт-кэжуал и выше
  • Прогулки в понедельник и вторник желательно согласовать с нами, так как некоторые бары не работают
  • Прогулку для вас проведу я или другой бармен нашей команды
  • Во время плохой погоды или по вашему желанию можем передвигаться между точками на автомобиле

Как проходит VIP променад:

  • в компании до 6 человек
  • стоимость: 1 человек — от 17 500 ₽, 2 человека — от 35 000 ₽, или 10 000 ₽/чел., если участников больше
  • обзорно покажем достопримечательности города по пути
  • бары подберём индивидуально и детально проработаем маршрут, исходя из предпочтений и вкусов
  • в стоимость включены:
    — комфортабельный трансфер: мы заберём вас от назначенного вами места и после прогулки доставим обратно
    — 1 напиток-угощение для каждого гостя в каждом баре на маршруте

Прекрасный экскурсовод, который находит индвидуальный подход. Узнали и побывали в местах, которые не нашли бы по картам, максимально аутентичные и уникальные. В каждом баре нас встречали, как дорогих гостей с особым вниманием, и это заслуга Ивана. Тот редкий случай, когда экскурсовод получает удовольствие от процесса.

Экскурсия превзошла все ожидания!! Посетили 6 уникальных баров, каждый со своей спецификой и ассортиментом. Самостоятельно данные заведения мы не смогли бы найти. Некоторые бары настолько не броско оформлены снаружи здания, что в голову не прийдет туда зайти. Но за входной дверью вас ждут абсолютно неожиданные интерьеры и атмосфера! Организация была на высочайшем уровне! Экскурсовод Иван очень интересный рассказчик и творческая личность. В каждом баре у нас было спецобслуживание и высокопрофессиональные бармены. Мы настолько прониклись гостеприимством Ивана, что на следующий день мы позавтракали вкуснейшим завтракам "Ala Rus" c шампанским в одном из заведений под управлением Ивана. Это было восхитительно! Иван, благодарим за сказочное путешествие!

Посетили с Иваном 4 разных бара. Все они отличались друг от друга, но в каждом была своя изюминка и уникальная атмосфера! Некоторые бары мы сами вряд ли бы нашли. Иван очень много рассказывал про барную культуру в Питере, про жизнь барменов, про разные коктейли и что с чем нельзя мешать )) Было весьма интересно! Всем рекомендую!
