Описание
Турецкая кухня — это не только кебаб! Готовы узнать о ней больше? Прогуляемся по малоизведанной части города и отправимся знакомиться с популярными вкусами Стамбула. Будем заходить в небольшие заведения, которые так любят местные, и попробуем лахмаджун, ичли кёфте, кофе по-турецки и многое другое.
Что вас ожидает
Встретимся у паромного причала и отправимся на прогулку по гастрономическому Стамбулу! Гид расскажет об особенностях турецкой кухни, отличиях от средиземноморской. И конечно, заглянем в несколько заведений, где едят местные жители.
Вы попробуете:
- один из супов, которые в Турции часто едят в начале дня
- сочный хрустящий лахмаджун — или турецкую пиццу (а к нему рекомендуем айран)
- два вида котлет ичли кёфте, в которых практически нет мяса
- йогурт с натуральным мёдом, без которого местные не представляют себе жизнь
- конечно же, кофе по-турецки и десерт. Например, халву из манки — звучит необычно, но будет очень вкусно

Узнали какие супы любят в Турции и попробовали, съели вкусные сладости (холодная баклава - это божественно; айва с каймаком - очень вкусно), попробовали фаршированные мидии (немного острые на наш вкус), а также погадали на кофейной гуще в замечательном кафе со сладостями и десертами. Большое спасибо Диле, что провела нас по таким замечательным местам. Устали , но получили массу удовольствия!!!

Достаточно для краткого знакомства с кулинарными традициями региона. Я понимаю почему организаторы выбирают для данной экскурсии максимально нейтральные блюда и заведения, но тем, кто хочет экзотики и/или достаточного погружения в традиции и культуру, данная экскурсия не подходит. Чудесный гид, которая владеет темой и очень интересно рассказывала про историю и традиции Турции. Слишком затянуто. 4 часа для посещения 4ех забегаловок - это явно перебор. Постоянно возникала дурацкая ситуация, когда все съели свои порции, а потом за пустым столом сидели и выдерживали тайминг мероприятия или ждали пока гид допьет, наконец-то, кофе. Неловкая неразбериха при оплате заказов - чек общий на стол, а платит-то каждый сам за себя, поиски гидом сдачи и размена. Не всегда понятна стоимость блюда, гид заранее об этом не предупреждает и не обращает внимание группы на прайс.

Очень интересная экскурсия. Гид Виктория провела по тем местам, куда бы самостоятельно вряд-ли пошел бы. Попробовали интересные турецкие блюда. Попробовать и узнать для себя что-то новое стоит.
