Описание

Стон славится солевыми бассейнами, вторыми по длине крепостными стенами в мире и богатыми устричными фермами. Вы прогуляетесь по уютным улочкам города и на лодке отправитесь лакомиться свежайшими моллюсками и домашним вином. Я расскажу, как виноделие сформировало привычки местных, а болезнь виноградной лозы стала причиной переселения хорватов.

Что вас ожидает

Из Дубровника — в милый Стон
Мы отправимся вдоль Адриатического побережья в очаровательный городок Стон, окружённый длинными крепостными стенами 14–16 веков. Вы увидите древние солевые бассейны и узнаете, как раньше использовали соль в медицине и магии. А ещё попробуете на вкус три вида этой приправы — от простой пищевой до дорогостоящей.

Я расскажу, как в Средневековье добывали кораллы, почему средних дочерей заключали в монастырь и зачем жители Стона обнесли полуостров стеной.

Устричная ферма
Ещё со времён римлян в Стоне разводят устриц. На небольшой лодке с капитаном мы отправимся к фермам. Капитан достанет моллюсков из моря и тут же подаст вам. А бокал домашнего вина ещё больше подчеркнёт вкус этого деликатеса.

  • На лодке вам будут предложены пять устриц и один бокал вина
  • Дополнительные расходы (по желанию): добавка устриц на лодке — €1,5/штука, мидии в соусе — €10/чел.
  • Поездка проходит на автомобиле «мерседес»

Дубровник,старый город,историческая архитектура,жарища и мы,туристы,плечом к плечу! Что может быть лучше? Только поездка с гидом Хеленой в г.Стон! Хелена встретила нас прямо у трапа круизника,дорога длилась менее часа,но мы узнали много интересного о Хорватии,Дубровнике.История,события,культура и тд.- наш обаятельный и коммуникабельный гид Хелена сделала максимальный обзор! Далее Стон -менее туристический,но не менее интересный! И море-заливы с чистейшей водой,устричные фермы,мидии по домашнему рецепту. Классная не напряжная экскурсия! Очень красивая! Посмотрели историческую часть и поплавали по устричной ферме. Выпили вина и поели устриц!

Очень понравилась экскурсия. Хелена провела её интересно и легко. Водитель автомобиля - настоящий профессионал. Устрицы- невероятно вкусные. Атмосфера на лодке была домашняя и располагала к приятным беседам. Мы отлично провели время!

Путешествие на устричную ферму прошло великолепно. Посетили старый город Стон и частную устричную ферму, где попробовали свежайшие устрицы с домашней наливкой, вином. Хозяева приготовили мидии в винном соусе. Всё было замечательно. Хелена прекрасный рассказчик. Спасибо за душевное общение👍🤝
