Были на экскурсии к лежбищу сивучей на сапах. Экскурсия прошла хорошо. Сивучи сопровождали нас всю дорогу , игрались, фыркали, кувыркались. Есть один момент, о котором не могу не сказать. Сапы в штиль( а экскурсии проводятся в штиль) - устойчивое средство передвижения, но никогда нет 100% гарантии не попадания в воду. Безусловно, вы не утонете, жилет не даст, но вода холодная и одеваться надо тепло. Как минимум 2 слоя одежды! И толстый шерстяной носок под выдаваемый гидрокостюм. У меня сын ,привычный к водным походам в т.ч и на сапах,но зимой не ходил. Я волновалась, как пройдет. Да он соскользнул вводу, но благодаря теплой одежде и быстрой гребле не замерз. А вылезти на сап труда не составляет. А кружащие вокруг сивучи привели всех в восторг и сгладили этот момент.

Описание
Наша цель — большое лежбище морских львов (сивучей), которое находится на мысе Чавыча. Зимой к нему можно добраться только на сапах, огибая льдины Авачинской бухты. С нас — полное снаряжение для безопасного катания, большие комфортные доски, горячий чай с видом на вулканы и надёжный инструктор. Решайтесь: будет тепло, удобно и очень красиво!
Что вас ожидает
Мы проведём инструктаж и выдадим вам снаряжение. У нас есть большие доски, на которых можно передвигаться, сидя на стульчике.
Отправимся к лежбищу сивучей на мысе Чавыча, минуя снежные берега и льдины Авачинской бухты, где сможем наблюдать до 150 особей.
Поговорим о жизни северного морского льва, а также обсудим историю Петропавловска-Камчатского, района Сероглазка и окружающих нас вулканов.
В процессе сделаем много красивых фото и видео, выпьем горячий чай с видом на вулканы.
Кому подойдёт экскурсия
Участникам от 8 до 88 лет. У вас — любая физическая форма, вес, опыт, умение или неумение плавать, наличие страха воды или других сомнений. Приходите в любом случае — экскурсия точно станет ярким моментом вашей жизни, стоит только решиться!
Детей от 2 до 7 лет берём только при идеальных погодных условиях.
Организационные детали
- Прогулка проводится только в хорошую погоду и может быть перенесена/отменена из-за плохих условий
- Вас будет сопровождать внимательный, интересно рассказывающий, фотографирующий и катающий на буксире инструктор из нашей команды

Прекрасная прогулка на сапах! Я вставала на доску сегодня первый раз и осталась в восторге. Гид подробно рассказал о местной фауне и много нового рассказал про сивучей. «Малышей» на лежбище было много, кто-то игрался, кто-то дрался, плавал и отдыхали. Организатор, к сожалению, забыла имя ( прошу прощения), организовал перекус с чаем, сэндвичами, орешками и другой закуской. Осталась под большим впечатлением, всем рекомендую Спасибо еще раз большое!
