Описание

Это не просто экскурсия, а неторопливая прогулка по «внутреннему» Петербургу. Вы зайдёте в исторические парадные с сохранившейся отделкой, пройдёте через дворы-колодцы и завершите маршрут на крыше с видами на купола и шпили. Без скучных лекций, просто и по делу — о городе, каким его видят местные.

В чём ценность этой прогулки
Мы покажем Петербург без фасадного глянца. Маршрут продуман так, чтобы идти легко и осмысленно: короткие переходы, логичные паузы, тёплые рассказы там, где сам город говорит за себя. Каждая точка складывается в портрет Петербурга — каким он был 100 лет назад и остаётся сегодня.

Секретные дворы и парадные
Вы увидите не менее пяти парадных, где дореволюционная роскошь соседствует с патиной времени. Среди них:

  • позолоченная голубая парадная купца Каншина
  • знаменитый «дом-пряник» архитектора Никонова с майоликовыми изразцами и витражами
  • парадная в «Хреновом» доме с лилиями и стрекозами
  • двор «Котик» на Пяти углах
  • запутанные проходные дворы

Эти места помнят Петербург 19 века. Здесь сохранились подлинные детали — лепнина, изразцы, старинные звонки. Вы почувствуете атмосферу старого города и представите, как швейцар открывал двери гостям, а перила блестели от полировки. И конечно, сделаете редкие фото.

Жилая коммуналка Довлатова
Кульминация маршрута — восьмикомнатная коммунальная квартира, где сохранились обои середины прошлого века, старинный телефон и предметы со времён Довлатова. В этой квартире до сих пор живут люди. Это не музей с витринами, а живая память Петербурга. Вы заглянете в три комнаты:

  • довлатовскую — здесь на паркете остались пятна от портвейна, стоит старый камин, у которого грелись Довлатов и Бродский, а в воздухе ощущается ироничная атмосфера 1970-х
  • бабушкину — дореволюционный интерьер: ковёр с гербом, семейные фотографии и резная мебель
  • мастерскую художницы — двухуровневое пространство с холстами, красками и работающей радиолой «Латвия»

Чудесная экскурсия! Получила намного больше впечатлений, чем ожидала. Совсем по другому взглянула на любимый город. Спасибо экскурсоводу Светлане! Буду рекомендовать всем этот маршрут.

Очень понравились дворы, парадные и интересный рассказ о них. Крыша по типу прямой широкой террасы, с красивыми видами на город (особенно вечером). Ходить пришлось много. Остались довольны вообще всем! Спасибо организаторам.

Экскурсия понравилась! Гид Виктор действительно харизматичный, благодаря чему его и без того интересное повествование стало очень живым. Виды на старый город, на всё то, что мы увидели изнутри, прекрасно завершили маршрут.
