Описание

Нижегородская земля богата на интересные уголки. Мы отправимся в Балахну, где издревле занимались добычей соли, судостроением, отливали колокола и изготавливали печные и архитектурные изразцы. Увидим бывшее имение князя Дмитрия Пожарского и уникальный памятник деревянного зодчества 17 века. Поговорим об истории, храмах и удивительных местных промыслах.

Что вас ожидает

Город Балахна

  • Вы увидите памятник «патриоту земли Русской» Кузьме Минину и при желании посетите единственный в России музей Минина
  • Взглянете на упразднённый Покровский монастырь 16 века, на территории которого находится самый старый храм Нижегородской области — Никольская церковь. Старше неё только Нижегородский кремль
  • Пройдёте по улице Карла Маркса, где расположен целый музейный комплекс: музей-усадьба Худякова, музей глины и музей «Дом Плотникова». В двух последних можете при желании сходить на экскурсии или посетить мастер-класс по изготовлению жбанниковской свистульки, глиняной игрушки или плетению кружева на коклюшках
  • Полюбуетесь церковью Спаса Нерукотворного образа 17 века, украшенной балахнинскими изразцами
  • Узнаете, когда возникла древняя Балахна и почему она так называется, чем занимались местные жители города и какие промыслы тут имелись. Расскажу, малой родиной какого национального героя считается Балахна

Деревни Конёво и Юрино

  • Мы посетим бывшее имение князя Дмитрия Михайловича Пожарского — Жарскую волость. На её территории и расположились деревни
  • Увидим жемчужину Юрино — деревянную церковь Казанской иконы Божией матери 17 века, построенную без единого гвоздя и, по преданию, самим князем
  • В деревне Конёво посмотрим богатую коллекцию музея стекла «Чёрный лебедь»

Если вы будете в компании детей, я с удовольствием поиграю с ними. На прогулке они будут искать записки, а в конце отыщут целый клад! Кстати, всех участников экскурсии — и больших, и маленьких — ждут сувениры.

Так замечательно, когда влюбленные в свой край люди стремятся разделить эту любовь с нами, туристами! Мы увидели и прекрасные памятники архитектуры, и необычные музейные экспонаты, узнали много нового о добыче соли и изготовлении стекла, полюбовались природой. Но главное, узнали и познакомились с удивительными людьми, стараниями которых хранится, собирается и восстанавливается это великолепное наследие. Ольга, спасибо огромное!
