Мастер-класс по приготовлению кимчи
В корейском доме ханок вы откроете секреты приготовления кимчи или кимчхи. Услышите, как и почему блюдо стало национальным. Поймёте научные и кулинарные аспекты процесса ферментации, которые делают его уникальным. И конечно, приготовите блюдо по настоящему рецепту под присмотром опытного шеф-повара.

Чаепитие в традиционном доме
В атмосфере старины и уюта вы узнаете о разных видах чая и их значении. И освоите тонкости корейского этикета за чашечкой этого напитка.

Дегустация кимчи-чон
Насладитесь вкусом хрустящего кимчи-чона, корейского блина с кимчи, который сочетает в себе пикантность и насыщенный вкус. Это блюдо станет идеальным дополнением к гастрономическому путешествию. А мы поделимся его рецептом.

Музей кимчи
Здесь вы послушаете о различных видах кимчи, методах его приготовления и роли в культуре страны. А также исследуете интерактивные экспонаты.

Пивоварня макколи
Мы расскажем, за что так любят это рисовое вино местные жители, в каких обычаях его используют и как производят. Вы узнаете, как правильно пить макколи, и тут же примените эти знания на практике, попробовав свежий напиток.

Рынок уличной еды
Окунёмся в известный рынок уличной еды в Сеуле! Вы увидите корейские деликатесы: ттокбокки (острые рисовые клёцки), сундэ (кровяная колбаса), сырую печень, живого осьминога. И понаблюдаете за поведением местных жителей и их стилем общения на рынках.

Корейское барбекю
По желанию завершим путешествие ужином в ресторане корейского барбекю. В меню сочное мясо, приготовленное на гриле прямо перед вами, и разнообразие гарниров и соусов, которые делают барбекю незабываемым.

Для вегетарианцев мы порекомендуем буддистскую кухню или другой ресторан, например, на основе тофу.

Отличная экскурсия. Валерия провела и по всему запланированному маршруту, и показала несколько дополнительных интересных мест, дала много советов. Рассказ был и о еде, и об истории, и о текущем быте. Крайне советую данную экскурсию.

Бронируя экскурсию о вкусовых предпочтениях корейцев мы именно этого и ждали. Познать культуру через еду это по-моему мнению правильно. Нам показали много интересных мест, кафешек, попробовали разные корейские чаи, побывали в музеи кимчи и наконец научились его готовить) хорошо проведенное время!

Очень понравилась экскурсия. В Корею прилетела в первый раз . Экскурсовод Лера приятная девушка ,рассказала много интересного. Посетили замечательный мастер класс по приготовлению кимчи ,чайную лавку ,традиционный рынок ,были в нескольких районах. Сходили в ресторанчик поели самгёпсаль ,на рынке отведала макколи и шевелящевося осьминога. Так же по пути она показала кафе из дорамы "Истинная красота " и улочку ,где снимали дораму " Гоблин" . Всё было просто великолепно ,я очень довольна. Лере огромное спасибо.

Хороший вариант экскурсии только для первого знакомства с Сеулом и корейской кухней. Не порекомендую тем, кто уже был в Сеуле. Сеул гораздо интереснее в гастрономическом плане, чем я увидел и услышал от Валерии. Но если Вы в первый раз в Корее, то это удачное начало для знакомства с образом жизни корейцев.

По нашей просьбе Валерия заранее объединила две экскурсии в одну, добавила традиционное корейское гадание по дате рождения. Началась экскурсия с дегустации традиционного рисового напитка макколи. Она проходит на небольшой фабрике в старом районе города, где делается два вида этого напитка: классика и премиум. Нам рассказали принципы изготовления напитка и была возможность попробовать оба напитка. Очень интересным было посещение музея кимчи. В музее классно представлена история этого блюда, можно даже попробовать разные виды и на мастер-класс мы пришли уже подготовленные. Сам мастер-класс проводится в старинном корейском доме ханок, которому больше 100 лет. Реально научились делать кимчи, группа была небольшой и многонациональной. Настоящие корейские фартуки добавили веселья и колорита. Каждому в конце упаковали творение в отличную упаковку, кимчи доехала в Россию и была невероятно вкусной. По дороге на Инсадоне заглянули в кафе с кружками у форме унитазов и вафлями в форме какашек. Посмотрели зажигательный танец самульнори и игру на барабанах. Традиционное корейское гадание по дате и времени рождения тоже интересный опыт, тем более, что корейцы часто обращаются за советом к таким специалистам. День был очень насыщенный, интересный и позитивный. Валерия отлично знает Корею, любит ее. Очень деликатная, учитывает все пожелания. Огромная благодарность за экскурсию и чудесный день. Рекомендуем, экскурсия подойдет в том числе для детей школьного возраста (кроме макколи, конечно).
