Описание

Вы научитесь разбираться в итальянских винах, колбасах и сырах и сможете все это продегустировать. В результате вы уже никогда не потеряетесь в дебрях итальянских гастрономических прилавков!

Программа

  • Мы встретимся на знаменитой площади цветов, где каждое утро можно насладиться разнообразием сезонных овощей и фруктов и погрузиться в шумный мир типично итальянского рынка.
  • Заглянем в одну из старейших пекарен города и увидим, как раскатывают типично римскую тончайщую пиццу, потом переместимся в «салюмерию» — колбасный магазин, который славится неизменным качеством Римских и Тосканских деликатесов.
  • Оттуда мы направимся в кондитерскую, где сможем выбрать тирамису по вашему вкусу
  • И завершим нашу прогулку чашечкой крепчайшего эспрессо в одной из знаменитых Римских кофеен.

Первая дегустация

  • 6 видов колбасных изделий, включающих сыровяленную ветчину (прошутто), мортаделлу и прочие деликатесы из разных регионов Италии.
  • Бокал домашнего красного вина, которое производит сам владелец магазина.
  • И, разумеется, секреты изготовления, традиции и этикет употребления подобных мясных продуктов.

Вторая дегустация

  • Знаменитая Римская пицца на развес, мы попробуем 3 вида пиццы и узнаем чем она отличается от собратьев из других регионов

Третья дегустация

  • Чашечка отличного эспрессо.
  • Мы поговорим о кофемашинах, капуччино и о том, где купить отличный кофе.

Выражаем огромную благодарность Анастасии за роскошное гастрономическое приключение, которое она для нас организовала. Мы познакомились со множеством "нетуристических" вещей, которые так приятно узнавать, окунулись в историю и современную жизнь Рима, и конечно же попробовали настоящие высококачественные итальянские продукты. Прогулка прошла легко и непринужденно, Настя рассказывает так, что готовы слушать ее часами, подруга даже записала прекрасную дегустацию в энотеке, дабы сохранить в памяти все испробованные нами чудесные вещи, а также попытаться что-то подобное соорудить дома.
