Мы поговорим об этимологии названия британской столицы и прозвищах ее районов. Обсудим облик важных достопримечательностей, вспомним любопытные факты о местных памятниках. Разберемся в особенностях британской кухни, нравах жителей Великобритании и многом другом.
Главное в городе
С воды вы увидите ключевые достопримечательности Лондона: Биг-Бен и Парламент, Колесо обозрения London Eye и Собор святого Павла, где венчалась принцесса Диана с принцем Чарльзом. В программе собрана целая коллекция мостов: Ватерлоо и Лондон бридж, а также знаменитый Тауэрский мост — со стороны Темзы на него и Тауэрскую крепость открывается лучший вид. Профессиональным экскурсоводом Дениса назвать нельзя точно, может быть это и его профессия, но точно не его призвание. Его рассказы были очень поверхностными и скучными, и об истории Лондона мы практически ничего не услышали. Во время прогулки по Темзе из-за дождя мы вообще ничего не видели, и Денис в основном говорил названия зданий или районов мимо которых мы проходим, без каких-либо подробностей или интересных фактов. Я думаю, что для таких ситуаций у экскурсовода должен быть план Б или хотя бы заранее подготовленные фотографии зданий, которые мы должны увидеть, но не видим. Мы вышли с этой экскурсии с чувством, как-будто нас обдурили и развели на деньги - цена в 250 фунтов явно завышена для этой прогулки с таким скучным, нехаризматичным и непрофессиональным экскурсоводом.

Спасибо за экскурсию!Нам понравилось.Так получилось, что экскурсия проходила вечером, когда уже стемнело.Было приятно, что Денис ее построил таким образом, что мы смогли посмотреть, как выглядит ночной Лондон с Темзы, были сделаны акценты именно на тех зданиях и достопримечательностях, которые хорошо подсвечиваются.А в оставшееся время мы посетили инсталляции, специально созданные к Празднику Света, который в этот момент проходил в Лондоне, и если бы не Денис, мы бы даже о них не узнали. Это говорит о настоящем профессионализме экскурсовода, который быстро может подстроится под обстоятельства клиентов.Спасибо Денис!

Всё хорошо, все понравилось, ничего лишнего не было, экскурсия была персональная, поэтому все прошло спокойно)
