От Елисеевского до «Севера» — на прогулке вы увидите примечательные «сладкие» заведения и впечатлитесь их интерьерами. Узнаете, какие шоколатье стояли у истоков кондитерского дела в России, кого называли шоколадным и мармеладным королями, какие лакомства любили императоры и многое другое. Попробуете знаменитые пышки и не устоите перед десертами в кондитерских!

Экскурсия как десерт
На прогулке по Невскому проспекту вас ждут самые интересные места, связанные с историей кондитерского дела в России — и рассказы о заведениях, где продавали лучшие сладости с петербуржским флером:

  • Мы осмотрим Литературное кафе Вольфа и Беранже: я раскрою, почему оно считается роковым местом.
  • На Большой Конюшенной найдём старейшую пышечную и разберёмся, чем отличается пышка от пончика.
  • У здания первого ресторана поговорим о том, как раньше развлекались гости — и почему это место в советские годы называли «Лягушатником».
  • Мини-музей в кафе «Абрикосов» расскажет об известной династии (сравним их с Елисеевыми) и продемонстрирует старинные обертки, шкатулки и бонбоньерки для сладостей. А ещё здесь вы сможете попробовать пирожное и знакомые с детства карамельки этой фирмы.
  • В Елисеевский магазин тоже обязательно зайдём: сравним интерьеры с исторических снимков и нынешнее оформление. Я объясню, в какой тайне шло строительство и какие секреты использовали владельцы, чтобы сохранить свежесть товара.
  • В знаменитой кондитерской «Север» поговорим о петербургских пирожных и их рецептах, а также обсудим, что ещё здесь раньше предлагали и как отдыхали в этом заведении.
  • И в заключение я проведу вас в ещё одну пышечную, где без длинных очередей предлагают отличные петербургские пышки!

Была 13.03 на этой экскурсии. Милая девушка очень захватывающе рассказывала про исторические появления сладостей и ресторанов, интересные маркетинговые ходы и предпочтения знати. Неизгладимое впечатление у меня оставили пышки с кофе со сгущенкой!🩷

Посетила экскурсию Сладкий маршрут по Невскому, была рада познакомиться с прекрасным гидом Ириной. Ирина провела меня по основным кондитерским и булочным, которые имеют историю и свои традиции, рассказала очень много интересных фактов, и даже дала совет где и что можно купить интересного из сладких десертов для своих близких в городе на Неве. Было классно, что мы смогли не только поговорить об истории кондитерских, но и сразу попробовать и обсудить самые популярные десерты. Рекомендую Ирину, вам точно понравится с ней экскурсия!

Очень познавательная и приятная прогулка с Ириной. Ирина историк по образованию, поэтому рассказ ее очень познавательный, логичный и интересный. Больше всего мне понравилось в кафе у Абрикосовых, слушая интересный рассказ, я насладдалась пирожным Анна Павлова и прекраснвм вареньем. Интересная пышечная с очень вкусными пышками. Очень рекомендую, приятного аппетита и впечатлений.
