Описание
Пиво для Таллина — важная история, тут всегда его пили и будут пить, поэтому познать город не окунувшись в культуру пивоварения невозможно. Мы отправимся в уютный ресторан города, где вы попробуете лучшие национальные сорта ремесленного (крафтового) пива, узнаете, откуда пришел этот модный тренд и сравните его с промышленным. Я расскажу об истории пивоварения, пивных компаниях и особенностях сортов пива.
Что вас ожидает
Каждый участник продегустирует 5 сортов эстонского пива в объеме 5 х 0,1ml, и узнает:
- когда началась история пивоварения и как развитию пивного производства поспособствовали слова Папы Римского Бенедикта «Ora et labora!» («Молись и работай!»);
- легенду о том, как папа римский впервые попробовал пиво и почему разрешил употреблять его в пост;
- истории и традиции пивоварения Эстонии;
- что такое крафтовое пиво, откуда пришла эта традиция, как и когда появилась в Прибалтике;
- разницу между магазинным пивом (промышленным) и пивом частной компании (крафтовым).
В результате, разобравшись в особенностях промышленного и крафтового пивоварения, в истории производителей и сортах, вы откроете значимый пласт в культуре Эстонии.

Все прошло отлично. Константин был подготовлен по теме. Рассказ о пивоварении в Эстонии был интересен. Рекомендую всем в качестве лёгкого времяпрепровождения , если вы в Таллине не в первый раз.

Константин - один из самый обаятельных гидов Трипстера, которые мне встречались, а эта "экскурсия", точнее, дегустация - одна из самых забавных и запоминающихся. Мы собрались в старинном ресторане, Константин заказал сырную тарелку и открыл большой портфель, в котором он принес нам на пробу несколько разновидностей эстонского крафтового пива. Пиво он выбрал на свой вкус с тем прицелом, чтобы показать спектр пивоварен и сортов (хоть и ограниченный в силу формата и наших возможностей). Они были очень разные, и мне понравилось все! Конечно, большими специалистами после одной дегустации не станешь, но если в Москве мы перепробовали массу разных крафтовых брендов, то в эстонские были для нас в новинку - и встреча с Константином это вполне исправила. Тем более, что помимо сортов, которые он принес с собой, мы узнали и еще о многих из специально подготовленной им презентации на планшете. После дегустации мы решили поужинать прямо в этом ресторане и стали свидетелями ежедневного "реалити-шоу" из жизни средневекового Таллина, а потом послушали выступление фольклорного ансамбля. Это был просто чудесный вечер. Спасибо, Константин! Всем любителям крафта очень рекомендую.

Экскурсия очень подходит для холодного времени года. Крафтовое пиво в Эстонии в основном темное и достаточно плотное. В теплом уютном кафе получаешь удовольствие от дегустации и необычных закусок. Хотя экспертом в области пива после этой экскурсии вы не станете.
