Выбрала кулинарную экскурсию, потому что люблю печь:) Захотелось узнать секреты национального блюда из "первых рук". Милый гид - Ольга, и харизматичный Амин - все прекрасно организовали! Душевно попили чай и поговорили о жизни с местными жителями в Карачаево. Попутно замесили тесто и приготовили два разных вида хычинов - с мясом и картошкой. Было очень вкусно! Для меня ценность была посмотреть местную жизнь, увидеть, что еще существуют натуральные продукты, натуральный обмен, душевность, гостеприимство. Многие хотят, чтобы их "обняли и взяли на ручки". На этой экскурсии можно ощутить это сполна:)). Перед мастер-классом поднялись на гору Кольцо рядом с Кисловодском и пофотографировались в красивой долине - отлично погуляли! Спасибо, Ольга и Амин!
