Экзотический деликатес из ресторана? Превратим его в ваш живой гастрономический опыт. Вы приготовите три необычных блюда — под крафтовые напитки и закуски. А в конце сделаете небольшой подарок своими руками. Всё будет неспешно, увлекательно и, конечно, вкусно!

Что вас ожидает

  • На нашей мини-ферме вы узнаете, как выращивают улиток Helix Aspersa Maxima
  • Разберётесь во всех этапах их приготовления: сварите, очистите и отделите филе (8 улиток на чел.)
  • Приготовите классическое эскарго и паштет из печени улитки
  • Соберёте, промоете и замаринуете улиточную икру — «жемчуг Афродиты» — и, конечно, попробуете её (1 чайная ложка на чел.)
  • Сможете продегустировать крафтовые напитки из домашней винодельни. Во время мастер-класса на столе также будут закуски: сырная тарелка и местные соленья
  • А после окунётесь в мир детства. Слепите улитку из полимерной глины, запечёте её и сразу заберёте с собой на память (1 сувенир на чел.)
  • На ферме обитают кошки, утки, кролики и два козлика Бурской породы — Алик и Филя. Вы можете привезти им вкусняшки

Интересный и уникальный опыт! Приготовили улиток в разных соусах, паштет из печени улитки и даже собрали улиточную икру. На память забрали сувенир, который самостоятельно сделали из глины. Время пролетело незаметно. Хозяин Василий очень радушный. Угостил шикарным вином и крепкими напитками, разными настойками. На закуску кроме улиток были и другие местные вкусности! Была плохая погода - и экскурсия на ферме Василия отлично подошла, так как проходит в закрытой, теплой и уютной беседке на территории цветущего сада.
