Мы брали экскурсию гастрономическую по истокам русской кухни. Очень понравилось. Было очень интересно, рассказ гида адаптирован под нашу аудиторию, очень комфортно передвигались по Замоскворечью. Впечатлили также учреждения, где мы были. Особенно это хорошо получилось в условиях непредсказуемой погоды в межсезонье. Точно можно порекомендовать Дмитрия и экскурсию.

Описание
Как много мы можем назвать блюд, которые относятся к исконно русской кухне? А ведь их было огромное количество. На экскурсии вы узнаете, что ели и пили на Руси столетия назад и как поменялись с годами вкусовые предпочтения россиян. Мы будем передвигаться от одного заведения к другому, и в холодное время года сможем погреться внутри, пробуя традиционные блюда.
Что вас ожидает
Наш маршрут будет проходить по знаковым местам района Замоскворечье, связанным с историей русской кухни.
Мы посетим:
- Три гастро-заведения на наш выбор, в которых вы сможете отведать истинно русские блюда — борщ, драники, сметанник, иван-чай, чебуреки, рульку и другие
- Историческую местность, которая считалась меккой всех ценителей русской кухни
- Аутентичное место с богатым старинным интерьером, где ещё сохранились некоторые русские традиции подачи и приготовления блюд
Вы узнаете:
- Всю пошаговую историю русской кухни с момента её зарождения до наших времён с рассказами про самые популярные кушанья
- Какие заведения были самыми первыми на Руси и как они трансформировались в современные рестораны и кафе
- Какие блюда не знали наши предки вплоть до 18–19 веков, хотя для нас они считаются самыми обычными
- Как религия влияла на вкусовые предпочтения русского народа
- И главное: как и сколько ели на Руси, какие традиции соблюдали и какие праздничные блюда готовили
Организационные детали
- Маршрут полностью пешеходный. Программа подойдёт взрослым и детям с 7 лет
- Дополнительно оплачиваются закуски и выпивка в заведениях — от 2000 ₽ с человека за всё

Мы смогли прогуляться по живописным улочкам, но при этом не успели устать. Заведения достаточно колоритные, с вкусной кухней и оригинальным меню. Очень советую всем, кто хочет узнать Москву с неожиданного ракурса посетить эту экскурсию.

Экскурсия замечательная. Три часа прошли на одном дыхании. Это лучший выбор после прогулок. Программа построена так, что получается только одни удовольствия. Кушаешь, слушаешь, узнаешь, размышляешь))) Очень рекомендую и саму экскурсию и Дмитрия как экскурсовода. История, легенды, факты. И все это можно сопоставить с днем сегодняшним. Данная прогулка прекрасно разбавляет обзорные и исторические экскурсии. Одним словом можно назвать- УДОВОЛЬСТВИЕ

15.03. в день рождения Дмитрий организовал для меня и моей семьи экскурсию История русской кухни: гастро-экскурсия по Москве. Нас было 4 человека, возраст от 47 до 70 лет. С учетом состава и возраста: ВСЕМ ВСЕ понравилось. Дмитрий прекрасный рассказчик, прекрасно ведет беседу, подстраивается под слушателей, умеет заинтересовать и захватить. Думаю, что это первая, но совсем не последняя наша с Дмитрием встреча. Рекомендую.
