1. Сначала не загружался билет, пришлось звонить в поддержку и выяснять в течение 15 минут почему за наши деньги что-то не подгружается. Стоимость услуги дороже чем у подобной же услуги от Русского музея, поэтому у вас, ребята всё должно "шуршать' и "летать" в 2 раза быстрее 2.В конце маршрута гид повёл непонятно куда, поэтому пришлось его отключить.

Гид - высший класс! Даже после экскурсии были даны ответы на дополнительные вопросы, очень подробно и квалифицировано. Удачи Вам и вашим сотрудникам!
