А пробовали вы молодой хрустящий подорожник, хлеб из клевера или салат из одуванчиков? Если нет, мы приглашаем вас в Музей грибов, трав и пряностей, где объясним, как это всё готовили наши предки. Предложим дегустацию продуктов, рецепты которых найдены в древнерусском рукописном травнике «Благопрохладный вертоград здравию». И расскажем, что ещё интересного там можно отыскать.

Что вас ожидает

Вы посетите Музей грибов, трав и пряностей, который находится на фабрике специй, и аптекарский огород, где растут лекарственные и пряные растения.

Продегустируете чёрную соль, берёзовый сок, чаговый чай и сычуаньский перец.

Узнаете о пользе дикоросов и заготовке трав в пищу нашими предками, а также:

  • как пряности оказались на Руси
  • откуда взялся травник «Благопрохладный вертоград здравию»
  • что такое пеперин
  • почему асафетида так пахнет
  • из чего делал себе салат Гёте
  • и многое другое!
