Описание

Мы — коренные пермяки — как никто другой умеем влюблять гостей в свой родной город и открывать его с неожиданных ракурсов, в том числе гастрономических. Ведь местная кухня славится далеко за пределами нашего края. Вы познакомитесь со вкусами и рецептами Перми, а через них — с его жителями.

Что вас ожидает

Гуляем по городу
Я встречу вас в центре города и проведу по главным улицам — Покровской, Сибирской и Пермской. Этот прогулочный маршрут включает около 30 исторических и современных объектов, среди которых:

  • Арт-объект «Счастье не за горами»
  • Скульптура «Пермяк — соленые уши»
  • Спасо-Преображенский кафедральный собор
  • Соборная площадь
  • Дом пароходчика Мешкова
  • Театральный сквер
  • Памятник Борису Пастернаку
  • Усадьба пароходчицы Любимовой

Пробуем местную кухню
После прогулки обязательно зайдём в коми-пермяцкий ресторан, где вам подадут местные блюда на ваш выбор:

  • сочные пирожки посикунчики
  • черинянь (пирог с судаком)
  • тшакнянь (пирог с грибами)
  • вормоснянь (пирог с лосятиной)
  • кулигу с черёмухой
  • десерт из мочёной брусники с кедровыми орешками

В дополнение к закускам и сытным блюдам рекомендую попробовать настойку на шишках и традиционный напиток — коми-пермяцкий сур, который местные жители столетиями делают из ржаного солода. Так незабываемое послевкусие от поездки в Пермь будет обеспечено!

Побывать в Перьми и не попробовать посикуничики? Ну уж нет! БЛАГОдаря Андрею мы попробовали и посЕкунчики (те которые секут) и посИкунчики (которые «сикают»). Да,да, не улыбайтесь ). Лично мне больше понравились те что «сикают» (дают сок благодаря правильно приготовленному фаршу). Здесь можно просто ум отъесть. Ну, а грузди «по-чердынски» и судак «по-обвински» в компании гида и краеведа это вообще что-то особенное. Не хотелось расставаться. Выход один - приедем в Перм ещё раз в декабре - январе. Теперь уже на балет. Говорят «Щелкунчик» особенно здесь хорош.

Не смотря на март и дождливую погоду, Андрей сумел влюбить в Пермь двух суровых питерцев и двух не менее суровых москвичей, которые приехали в командировку. Мы промокли до свитеров, но не остановились. И теперь можем представить какой бывает Пермь летом)) спасибо, Андрею!!!
