Сегодня мы побывали на экскурсии в Полоцке. Провела её для нас Ольга. Ольга заранее связалась со мной, чтобы уточнить, где помимо основной экскурсии мы хотим побывать. Мы совершили интересную прогулку по городу с момента основания Полоцка до наших дней. Ольга отличный рассказчик, время пролетело незаметно. Помимо основной экскурсии, Ольга организовала для нас экскурсию в Полоцкий университет и мастерскую печати. В нашей группе были все взрослые, но тем не менее мы получили огромное удовольствие от интерактива, в ходе которого нам рассказали, как раньше отливали бумагу, и мы попробовали самостоятельно печатать книгу. Описание
Приглашаю на прогулку по Полоцку со мной, научным сотрудником музея. Вы откроете для себя богатую историю города — ровесника Новгорода, Пскова и Смоленска. Познакомитесь с его культурным и архитектурным наследием. А ещё узнаете, что Полоцк — это город, в который невозможно не влюбиться!
Что вас ожидает
- Верхний замок. Здесь вы познакомитесь с историей заселения Полотчины и жемчужиной нашей земли — Софийским собором
- Стрелецкая улица. Вы узнаете о деятельностью иезуитов в Полоцке и услышите историю Кадетского корпуса
- Центральная площадь. Архитектурный ансамбль сформировался в последней четверти 18 века. Вы увидите памятник героям войны 1812 года и воинам-освободителям Великой Отечественной войны
- Бульвар на проспекте Франциска Скорины. Мы остановимся у памятных знаков белорусской букве «Ў» и «Полоцк — географический центр Европы», вы увидите памятники С. Полоцкого и Ф. Скорины
- Нижне-Покровская улица. Старинная улица, где вы узнаете о памятниках архитектуры 17–19 веков, которые сохранились до нашего времени
А ещё я предложу вам пройти квест, чтобы добавить немного азарта в нашу прогулку. Или остановимся на традиционном формате экскурсии.

Мы бронировали индивидуальную экскурсию 3 взрослых и 2 ребенка (8 и 12 лет) с пометкой, что нужна экскурсия в формате квеста (такая опция была в описании экскурсии). Детям в начале экскурсии гид выдала листочки и ручку без каких либо комментариев и больше ни о детях ни о листочках не вспоминала, в конце была удивлена, что дети их не заполнили, а мы удивлены, что такой формат обозвали квестом. При этом экскурсия изобиловала сложными наукообразными терминами и множеством исторических дат. Те экскурсия была совершенно не для нашей аудитории. Дети, имея огромный опыт экскурсий разного формата, были разочарованы. Хочу выразить благодарность гиду за то, что учла просьбу включить в маршрут посещение Софийского собора (музей). Рекомендовала бы гида для взрослой аудитории, а не для семейного/детского формата и точно не для искушенных опытных путешественников.

Огромное спасибо за экскурсию 01.06.2025г "Из глубины седых веков"-знакомство с Полоцком с Ольгой. Хочется написать много заслуженно приятных слов в ее адрес! Чудесный экскурсовод, отличное знание и подача материала, насыщенная грамотная речь, столько информации! Спасибо за такой прекрасный экскурс в историю Полоцка.
