Поход на рынок Чорсу
Один из членов нашей дружной семьи встретит вас у отеля. По желанию вы можете отправиться вместе на легендарный рынок Чорсу — шумный, красочный и ароматный центр городской жизни. Здесь под расписными куполами вы увидите, как выбирают свежие овощи, специи, мясо и сухофрукты. Вы сможете лично поучаствовать в процессе покупки продуктов для будущего обеда или сразу отправиться на мастер-класс.

Дом узбекской семьи в Ташкенте
Мастер-класс пройдёт в одном из старинных районов — Домбробаде. Здесь жизнь течёт по-старому: пахнет свежими лепёшками, из чайхан слышен смех, а во дворе — тень и прохлада. Радушные хозяева встретят вас у себя дома, где всё — от ковров до керамической посуды — хранит дух Востока.

Мастер-класс по национальной кухне
Под руководством хозяйки (или хозяина) вы научитесь готовить одно из легендарных узбекских блюд:

  • шурпу — наваристый суп с ароматными травами
  • лагман — лапшу с пряной подливкой
  • самсу — сочные пирожки из тандыра
  • манты и ханум с мясом и овощами
  • плов — главное блюдо страны, символ единства и радости

После готовки вас ждёт застолье в тёплой семейной атмосфере. За чашкой ароматного зелёного чая вы услышите истории о жизни, традициях и праздниках, о том, как у узбеков встречают гостей и почему хлеб никогда не кладут вверх дном.

А на десерт — национальные сладости, сухофрукты, домашнее варенье и, по желанию, бокал вина из солнечного винограда, выращенного на узбекской земле.

Это не просто экскурсия - это момент жизни, который останется с вами навсегда. Сегодня мы провели лучшие часы в кругу семьи (а именно ощущение семьи нас не покидало ни на секунду) и приготовили наивкуснейшие блюда национальной кухни Узбекистана (шурпа и самса). Этот опыт для нас стал очень уникальным и в тот же момент очень теплым. Сказать, что я советую вам обратить внимание на эту экскурсию - это ничего не сказать, однозначно и даже настоятельно рекомендую провести лучшие часы на этой экскурсии. А точнее, ощутить себя дома и побыть частью этой семьи. Спасибо Ольге за высококлассный подход к информационной части экскурсии и за теплую беседу, хозяйке дома Рано-опа за теплый и очень вкусный прием и членам семьи за ощущения семьи. Это действительно уникальный формат, пробуйте и впечатляйтесь💞

Были на экскурсии «В гости к узбекской семье». Мы остались в восторге! Одно из самых запоминающихся впечатлений со всей поездки в Узбекистан. Встретили очень гостеприимно, готовили лагман, нам все разжевали, показали- вопросов никаких не было, затем покащали самый короритный рынок Чорсу. Хочу отдельно поблагодарить Марию за индивидуальный подход, перестроили весь тайминг экскурсии под наши запросы. Спасибо, мы в восторге🫂

Были вместе с коллегами чтобы попробовать настоящий ташкентский плов. Нас приняли очень радушно, очень понравилась атмосфера, было очень интересно готовить вместе с хозяйкой дома. Мы готовили ещё самсу и нам также предложили сделать сразу несколько начинок. Каждый участник остался доволен и сыт! Я думаю, что определенно этот мастер-класс прекрасный выбор чтобы ближе познакомится с культурой Узбекистана, научиться готовить традиционные блюда и узнать все секреты рецептов!

Очень интересный формат. Решили посмотреть не только достопримечательности Ташкента, но и попасть в гости к узбекской семье. Очень стеснялись, но зря. Нас встретили как самых близких родственников. Из самых свежайших продуктов под руководством хозяйки мы готовили лагман. Дочка была в восторге. Мы наговорились, наелись и самом наилучшем настроении уехали. Время пролетело незаметно. Теперь лагман на даче будет тоже нашим любимым блюдом. Мы теперь знаем некоторые секреты) и наши гости тоже останусь в восторге.

рекомендую эту экскурсию, если хотите погрузиться в узбекский колорит. сначала мы были на рынке Чорсу, гид помогал нам торговаться, рассказывал где что хорошее продают. Потом поехали в гости к местной семье, где готовили вместе плов и ели потом. все спокойно, без спешки. очень много информации рассказывали и показывали. доброжелательный гид, отвечал на любые вопросы.
