Если вы хотите испортить себе отпуск, то вам к этому оператору. Была в Узбекистане с 26 апреля по 2 мая. Я много где была, но с такой отвратительной организацией тура встретилась впервые! Организатор, по всей видимости, не имеет ничего своего, а просто нанимает транспорт с водителем, гидов в городах и бронирует отели. Из Ташкента в Самарканд и далее в Бухару нас везли на разбитом автобусе, который скрипел на каждой кочке (а дороги в Узбекистане отвратительные), сидения не фиксировались и плохо работало кондиционирование. Гиды в Ташкенте и Самарканде были слабенькие. В Самарканде было два разных гида (вечером в день приезда и утром на следующий день), и их рассказы противоречили друг другу. После жалоб организатору нам поменяли все-таки автобус и гидов, стало интереснее. Но водители порою даже не знали куда нас везут и что у нас по программе. В Бухаре заселили в не самый лучший отель рядом в аэропортом! Да, аэропорт находится рядом с городом, но мы приехали смотреть город, а не смотреть на самолеты. Инфраструктуры рядом никакой не было, до города без такси не добраться. А в Хиве нас вообще привезли в отель, который был заявлен в программе, на нас долго смотрели, но все-таки выдали ключи, а в номерах оказалось что живут уже люди. Ключи поменяли, мы только разложили вещи, а нас уведомили что мы приехали не в тот отель и нужно собираться и выезжать. В итоге заселили в потрепанный отель, намного хуже предыдущего. Ну а по прилету в Ташкент из Хивы встречающий водитель получил неверную информацию кто и в каком отеле должен переночевать. Отель тоже был заменен на другой (не как было заявлено в программе). Можно многое еще написать, что испортило поездку. Единственное, к чему было не придраться, так это к еде. Кормили в лучших ресторанах города и очень вкусно. Поэтому если не хотите неприятностей, то лучше заказывайте поездку у другого организатора

Хотим выразить благодарность за прекрасно организованный тур. На протяжении всего маршрута нас сопровождали высококвалифицированные гиды:В Самарканде Денис, Шанияр, В Бухаре Гуля и в Хиве Мадамин, историк, исследователь и знаток богатой истории Узбекистана. Замечательно организованное путешествие, посетили Хиву, Бухару, Самарканд и Ташкент. Везде нас сопровождали профессиональные гиды, узнали очень много про традиции, памятники, исторические события. Отели комфортные, трансферы четко по расписанию на хороших машинах. Узбекистан одна из самых гостеприимных стран❤❤❤
