Описание

Столица Андалусии Севилья может по праву считаться одной из самых гостеприимных и «вкусных» столиц Европы. Удачное расположение города и древние традиции кулинарии позволяют наслаждаться широким выбором блюд на любой вкус: мясных и морепродуктов, свежих сезонных овощей и фруктов, сыров, знаменитейших марок вин и изысканных десертов. На экскурсии со мной вы попробуете классические севильские закуски, морепродукты и сладости, познакомитесь с историей испанской гастрономии, культурой «хождения по тапасам» и её любопытными особенностями.

Что вас ожидает

  • Экскурсия начнется в еврейском квартале города, где вы попробуете несколько традиционных закусок и, забравшись на одну из террас города, полюбуетесь видом Хиральды и третьего по величине собора в Европе, пригубив бокал вина, стакан пива, производимого в Севилье, или чашечку кофе.
  • На одной из типичных севильских узких улиц старого города вы попробуете апельсиновое вино и узнаете, зачем в стены некоторых домов вмурованы мельничные жернова.
  • По дороге от центра к гастрономической мекке города мы забежим в севильский бар, декорированный любителями корриды, где на ваш вкус выберем традиционные севильские закуски.
  • Недалеко от мэрии города поклонники морепродуктов смогут насладиться свежайшими моллюсками и креветками, приготовленными a la plancha.
  • Мы не пройдем мимо бара с любопытным названием «Славянка», победителем нескольких соревнований по тапасам.
  • Сладкоежки познакомятся с местной выпечкой и произведениями кондитерского искусства в одной из самых старых и знаковых кондитерских лавок города, обладающей собственной интересной историей.
  • Завершим нашу гастрономическую прогулку на знаменитой Alameda de Hercules, поскольку все дороги любителей перекусить и гурманов Севильи ведут именно туда. Огромное количество баров и ресторанов, необычная подача блюд, смесь традиций и новых веяний привлекают как местных жителей, так и гостей города.

По ходу экскурсии я буду рассказывать о кулинарных традициях испанцев, о том, как история страны и религиозное рвение отражалось на гастрономии, почему у некоторый испанских блюд такие забавные названия (Святые кости, Ангельские волосы и т.д.), какие еще холодные (и главное, вкусные) супы, кроме гаспачо, вы можете попробовать и многое другое. С теми, кому нравится готовить, я с удовольствием поделюсь рецептами местной кухни.

В результате в окружении городских красот вы получите полное представление о кулинарной культуре Испании, узнаете гастрономические особенности Андалусии, попробуете вкуснейшие блюда и откроете адреса лучших заведений города, куда сможете после экскурсии отправиться самостоятельно.

Очень интересная и познавательная экскурсия, для тех кто хочет насладится местной кухней и напитками. Лиза очень интересный и общительный человек. Порекомендовала места для самостоятельного посещения, помогла ориентироваться в городе и по другим маршрутам. Очень рекомендую!
