Описание

Всего два-три часа пути — и вы забудете, что только что были у моря, в современном отеле. Теперь вокруг знойные горы, безжизненная пустыня. Кажется, здесь всё враждебно человеку! Но нет, именно среди этих гор стоит один из древнейших монастырей. В его стенах вы прикоснётесь к библейской истории, увидите реликвии и побываете в оливковой роще.

5:00 — трансфер из отеля: встречаем рассвет по дороге через горы Синая
7:30 — экскурсия по монастырю:

  • Неопалимая Купина — куст, который «горел, но не сгорал» (именно здесь, по преданию, Бог говорил с Моисеем)
  • Часовня Неопалимой Купины — святыня под алтарём, где можно загадать сокровенное желание
  • Колодец Моисея — испейте воды из источника, который утолял жажду пророка
  • Базилика Преображения — главный храм с мозаикой 6 столетия, пережившей века и войны
  • Склеп и кладбище — вы узнаете, почему монахи хранят здесь черепа предков
  • Библиотека — 2-я в мире по коллекции древних манускриптов (после Ватикана!)
  • Монастырский сад — оливковая роща, где монахи делают масло по рецептам 6 века (дегустация + покупка в лавке)

Экскурсия интересная. Очень понравилось, что получилось записаться в последний момент и организатор был на связи и решал все возникающие вопросы. Группа была интернациональная - испанцы, итальянцы, русские и арабы. Гид предоставлял информацию на 3х языках - арабском, английском и русском. Транспорт комфортный, с кондиционером. Что не понравилось? В экскурсию входит обед, но нигде не указано, что напитки идут за отдельную стоимость. Обычно эта опция включена в обед. Но на этой экскурсии было не так. Из-за этого произошла конфликтная ситуация с официантами ресторана, где проходил обед, у нас с подругой и у испанской туристки из нашей группы. Гид решил этот вопрос, за что ему очень благодарны!!! Пожелание к организатору - пишите подробно, что входит, а что нет в экскурсию, чтобы избежать в дальнейшем таких ситуаций

Первый раз поехали из Шарма на экскурсию. Гид начал рассказ на местном языке так как в группе были местные 3 человека, русскоговорящих было 9 и 3 англоговорящих. Казалось что так и будет, только после моего возмущения стал говорить и для других. Информация разнилась для всех. Для египтян говорил историю про фараонов, для русских про Путина, для англ - про Буша. Историю про Св Екатерину - 10%, всю информацию черпали из Википедии и между собой. Гид, который сопровождал в монастыре говорил по-русски лучше, но информации мало, общие фразы. Вход в музей не входил в стоимость, платили отдельно 2$, кто-то спросил про сопровождение и наш гид сразу сообразил взял по 5$ с экскурсией (мало информации - посмотрите направо, посмотрите налево и всё). Итог - готовьтесь самостоятельно. Покупайте лучше на пляже - дешевле, а по содержанию тоже. Посетить монастырь надо. Это наша история.
