Описание

Лёгкий треккинг, созерцательная прогулка и чайная церемония под открытым небом — так начнётся ваш день. Это путешествие для тех, кто чувствует потребность в перезагрузке, хочет отпустить напряжение и погрузиться в атмосферу покоя и гармонии. Шаг за шагом вы будете возвращаться к себе — через движение, дыхание, вкус и тишину.

Что вас ожидает

Мы отправимся в сторону посёлка Коджори — уютного уголка природы неподалёку от Тбилиси. На одной из местных возвышенностей нас ждёт лёгкое восхождение в гору. Для вашего комфорта мы предоставим треккинговые палки.

На вершине мы встретим рассвет. Именно там, на фоне величественного пробуждения природы, пройдёт наша чайная церемония — тихая, атмосферная и наполненная смыслом.

Примерный тайминг

  • 4:45–05:00 — встреча и выезд из Тбилиси. Вам предстоит особенное утро: предрассветная свежесть и дорога к внутренней тишине
  • 5:30 — небольшой треккинг в горы — 20–25 минут. Наблюдаем, как просыпается природа. Дышим. Каждый шаг — путь к себе
  • 6:00 — лёгкий завтрак сухофруктами и орешками с видом на просыпающуюся Мтацминду
  • 6:15 — рассвет и чайная церемония. Грузинские и китайские традиции сплетутся в одном ритуале. Вы попробуете 1–2 вида чая, научитесь правильно его заваривать, узнаете о философии и энергетике утреннего чаепития
  • 7:00 — практика осознанности и молчания. Спокойствие. Принятие. Пауза. В это утро можно не говорить, а просто наслаждаться моментом
  • 7:30 — возвращение с маршрута и лёгкая прогулка
  • 8:00–8:30 — обратный путь в Тбилиси
