Описание
Семёнов — родина знаменитой хохломы. В суровой Керженской тайге все промыслы были связаны с лесом. Главным занятием стало изготовление деревянной посуды, которую сбывали на Нижегородской ярмарке. А ещё Семёнов известен как столица староверов: он приютил бежавших от царского гнева раскольников — и их наследие живёт в городке до сих пор.
Что вас ожидает
Вы увидите исторический центр города с его уютными улицами, деревянные дома с затейливой резьбой и старообрядческий храм.
Посетите два музея традиционных промыслов и магазин фабрики «Хохломская роспись».
По желанию встретитесь с местной художницей, членом Союза художников России. За чаем она расскажет о своём творчестве и предложит авторские сувениры.
Пообедаете традиционными блюдами местной кухни из сезонных продуктов Керженской земли.
