Описание

Я предлагаю вам доехать до Карцинского ущелья и пешком подняться к карстовой пещере Осман Лагат. Путь к ней запомнится как яркое приключение: вас ждут горные тропы, переходы через водные преграды и восхождения на скалы. Во время треккинга мы полюбуемся северным склоном горы Кариухох, посетим живописный водопад Кольцо и поговорим об истории этих мест.

Что вас ожидает

9:00 — выезжаем из Владикавказа
10:00 — прибываем в Карцинское ущелье

Перед началом треккинга я проведу инструктаж. Расскажу, как правильно распределить вес на подъёме и спуске, чтобы не получить травму, и выбрать подходящий темп, чтобы не сбить дыхание.

10:30 — выдвигаемся к водопаду Кольцо, возле которого сделаем небольшую остановку
11:30 — идём в сторону карстовой пещеры Осман Лагат
13:00 — посещение пещеры длиной 200 м, имеющей огромный вестибюль, в котором раньше держали скот, и узкий коридор, который в конце сужается, создавая эффект света в конце тоннеля
13:30 — обед (берите с собой сытный перекус)
14:00 — спускаемся к стоянке авто
14:50 — едем во Владикавказ
16:00 — прибываем в город

Тайминг примерный и может незначительно меняться в зависимости от разных условий.

  • Образовании пещеры Осман Лагат и истории её названия
  • Культуре и традициях местных жителей

Организационные детали

  • Едем на комфортабельном автомобиле Toyota Sienna с кондиционером
  • Протяжённость пешего маршрута — 5 км. Перепад высот — 350 м
  • Поход возможен с детьми от 10 лет. Физическая подготовка — нормальная, без проблем с лишним весом, травмами и хроническими заболеваниями
  • Форма одежды — многослойная. Обувь — треккинговая. Возьмите с собой дождевик, сытный перекус и фонарик (он понадобится в пещере)
  • С вами будет один из гидов нашей команды

Ездила на экскурсию в пещеру с Арменом и Кареном. Получилось так, что я была единственным участником группы, что приятно удивило.
