Описание
Вы отправитесь в путешествие на 1200 лет назад — во времена, когда остров Ява был центром буддизма и индуизма. Узнаете о древней философии, легендах и тайнах, скрытых в каменной резьбе. Восхождение по ступеням Боробудура станет путешествием к духовной Нирване, а прогулка по Прамбанану — встречей с мифами, богами и символами.

Храм Боробудур — путь к просветлению
Вы подниметесь по ступеням самого большого буддийского храма в мире. Узнаете, почему он построен в виде мандалы, что означает каждый из 10 уровней, какие тайны скрывают засыпанные барельефы и почему здесь так много женских образов. И конечно, подниметесь «до Нирваны».
Храм Мендут — место силы
Небольшой, но действующий буддийский храм, где до сих пор проходят молитвы. Здесь царит особенная тишина, а фигура Будды — одна из самых выразительных на Яве.
Прамбанан — индуистское великолепие
Огромный комплекс с более чем 200 храмами. Мы поговорим о богах Шиве, Вишну и Брахме, пройдём среди древних скульптур и обсудим красивую и печальную легенду о Лоро Джонгранг. Вы увидите, как в каменной резьбе переплетаются индийские эпосы и местные мотивы. И узнаете, как индуизм и буддизм мирно сосуществовали на острове.
Вулканы, джунгли и энергетика острова
На фоне храмов открываются виды на действующий вулкан Мерапи, зелёные холмы и рисовые поля. Мы будем перемещаться на комфортабельном автомобиле, а по пути я расскажу, как природные катаклизмы изменили судьбу этих мест.
