Описание

Едем в Эллу — горную деревушку, в окрестностях которой находится много природных (и не только) достопримечательностей. Живописные чайные плантации, водопад Равана с интересной легендой, мост посреди джунглей... Мы посмотрим всё!

Что вас ожидает

Чайные плантации, раскинувшиеся посреди гор и джунглей. Именно отсюда к нам попадает чай, который мы так любим.

Водопад Равана — один из самых живописных на острове. Он назван в честь царя-демона, который, согласно легенде, скрывал здесь похищенную принцессу.

Девятиарочный мост — монументальное сооружение, скрытое глубоко в джунглях. Один из самых ярких образцов английского наследия на Шри-Ланке, который можно увидеть и потрогать.

Поездка на поезде. Шикарные пейзажи и ставшие классическими фотографии из поезда, двери и окна которого всегда открыты.

Малый пик Адама. Отсюда — прекрасный вид на горы, водопады, Эллу. Незабываемые закаты тоже показывают здесь.

Примерный тайминг

7:00–10:00 — трансфер в Эллу от вашего отеля
10:00–10:30 — водопад Равана
11:00–12:30 — девятиарочный мост
12:30–13:30 — обед (по желанию)
14:00–14:40 — поездка на поезде Элла —Демодара
15:00–17:30 — малый пик Адама
18:00–21:00 — возвращение в отель

Поездка прошла просто замечательно! Александр — отличный рассказчик: я узнала не только об Элле, но и об острове, его интересных традициях и, конечно же, получила ответы на вопросы о том, чем жизнь здесь отличается от жизни там и многое другое. За фотографии ему отдельное спасибо. У меня есть с чем сравнить: я ездила с другими гидами, и разница очевидна. С Александром всё понятно, доступно и легко. Он отвечает на вопросы по существу, а не «водит воду». Мы обедали в прекрасном месте, и я попробовала местное блюдо лампрайс. В машине всегда была вода, а водитель Гаминда был максимально вежлив и приятен: забрал нас из отеля, привёз обратно, по дороге купил фрукты, помог выбрать лучшие по хорошей цене.
