Наш мастер-класс по приготовлению хинкали и хачапури стал настоящим открытием и превзошёл все ожидания! Это было не просто кулинарное занятие - это было настоящее погружение в грузинскую культуру, полное уюта и тепла. Каролина - изумительный человек. С первых минут встречи чувствуется её искреннее гостеприимство и забота. Она встретила нас у своего дома, рассказала немного о себе, поделилась интересными фактами о грузинской кухне и традициях. Уже на этом этапе мы почувствовали, что нас ждёт нечто особенное. Каролина также отличный педагог. Всё объясняет доступно и с энтузиазмом, показывает каждый шаг и помогает, если нужно. Под её чутким руководством у нас получились хинкали вкуснее, чем в лучших ресторанах! А хачапури просто покорили всех нас. Уйти от Каролины голодным - невозможно. Отдельно хочется отметить атмосферу на кухне. Интерьер заслуживает комплиментов, он не только уютный, но и очень аутентичный, что ещё больше помогает прочувствовать колорит грузинского дома. Рекомендуем этот мастер-класс всем, кто хочет попробовать себя в приготовлении настоящих грузинских блюд и провести время с профессионалом, который делает своё дело с любовью!
