Капитан явно не про клиентоориентированность и работу с людьми. Выход на 40 минут задержали, пол дороги разговаривал о том, что сегодня вообще не должен идти в рейс. Плюс то стропилами заденет, то когда от дождя прятались, даже не убедился что спустились в каюту закрыл люк и стукнул по голове. Мелочи, но когда ты отдыхаешь хочется позитивно настроенных людей рядом, а приходилось постоянно этот позитив искать
