17 сентября состоялась прогулка на катере, это событие было подарком для моей мамы в день рождения, но неуважительное отношение капитана испортило поездку. Делюсь отзывом спустя месяц, потому что за все это время единственным впечатлением остался неприятный поступок капитана Данила, хотя вначале красивое небо и закатный Питер немного смягчали осадок. Хочу предупредить будущих пользователей об обмане, который проделывал капитан. Поездка рассчитывалась на час. Оплату произвела я сразу перед началом. В середине поездки капитан обратился к моей маме, (я не слышала, так как сидела дальше) с вопросом «Заглянем в Неву на полчасика?», мама согласилась. Когда наше время стало подходить к концу, мама уточнила успеваем ли мы к причалу, он сказал, что мы же сами согласились на продление поездки и, кстати, нужно еще доплатить половину стоимости, за дополнительные полчаса,. Настроение испортилось, когда мы сказали, что он не предупредил о стоимости и времени, он стал давить на жалость, говоря «ладно, не платите, я заплачу со своих капитанских, бесплатно для себя вас прокатил». Желания вступать в конфликт не было, и мы повелись на эту дешевую манипуляцию и перевели деньги за полчаса, которые он нам навязал. Обычно, такие вещи решаются на берегу, если бы такое предложение было прозрачно оговорено со всеми ценами и изменениями, скорее всего я бы согласилась, но в этой ситуации капитан Данил поставил в неловкое положение мою маму и осталось впечатление обмана и выставление нас наивными туристами.
