Описание

Мы не просто исследуем Ратсхоф — мы отправимся туда на поезде. Многие прилетают в наш край на самолёте и не видят величественное здание Южного вокзала. А мы посмотрим! Сядем в вагон с перрона начала 20 века и проедем одну остановку. Затем погуляем по узким улочкам, заглянем в музей быта и поговорим об истории района, который развивался благодаря вагоностроительному заводу.

Что вас ожидает

Мы начнём путешествие от Южного вокзала. Вы рассмотрите работы скульптора Германа Брахерта. Узнаете о развитии железнодорожного транспорта в Кёнигсберге и восстановлении вокзала после 1945 года.

На поезде проедем рядом с двухъярусным мостом — «гением» строительства советских инженеров, а также увидим уникальное здание-холодильник.

Выйдем на станции «Ратсхоф» (ныне «Западный-Новый») и продолжим знакомство с историей района и его жителей. Рабочий Ратсхоф застраивался по принципу «город-сад». Вы прогуляетесь среди уютных домиков, утопающих в зелени.

Посетим музейное пространство «РатсхофХаус» рядом с железнодорожными путями. Изучим предметы старины и проникнемся романтикой дороги.

А ещё вы увидите:

  • Преголю — главную реку города
  • Кирху Христа в Кёнигсберге и ночной клуб «Вагонка»
  • Самый длинный дом, самую узкую улицу, самый первый кинотеатр и ещё много чего самого-самого

И узнаете:

  • Часть экскурсии (10 мин.) проходит на поезде, который ходит по расписанию, поэтому прогулка начинается в определённый час
  • На террасе музейного пространства «РатсхофХаус» можно выпить кофечай — оплачивается отдельно

Мы не первый раз в Калининграде, и думали, что знаем и любим город, но Галина открыла нам его с новой, еще более удивительной стороны. Ратсхоф - уникальный район Калининграда со своей уютной атмосферой и прекрасными влюбленными в свой город людьми. Мы увидели места, связанные с историей города и с историями горожан, все это безумно интересно! Галина увлекла нас своим рассказом, время пролетело незаметно, но мы смогли почувствовать гений места и еще больше проникнуться атмосферой и историей любимого нами города. Очень рекомендуем, особенно для тех, кто любит открывать для себя новые неизведанные жемчужины Калининграда!
