Описание

Впервые я посетил Давидову пустынь в 1987 году, в самый трудный для неё период, и с тех пор наблюдаю за возрождением святыни. Буду рад открыть для вас страницы её прошлого, которое скрывается в камнях древних храмов и тихих водах святого источника. Поделюсь не только проверенными фактами из летописей, но и личными наблюдениями и открытиями, которые копились все эти годы.

Что вас ожидает

Усадьба Молоди
В 17 веке ей владел Прокофий Соковнин, отец знаменитой боярыни Феодосии Морозовой. Вы увидите архитектурный комплекс 18 века с усыпальницей Салтыковых и храмом Воскресения Христова.

Ансамбль Вознесенской Давидовой пустыни

  • Колокольня — высотная доминанта всего ансамбля. Построенная в 1840-х годах, она встречает гостей своими тремя ярусами, изящным барабаном и золочёной главой
  • Собор Вознесения Господня — характерный памятник эпохи русского узорочья с высоким подклетом и традиционным пятиглавием
  • Церковь иконы Божией Матери «Знамение» — освящена в 1870 году, одноглавый кирпичный храм в неорусском стиле. Здесь пребывает главная святыня обители — мощи преподобного Давида Серпуховского
  • Церковь Святителя Николая Чудотворца — памятник классицизма, хранящий ковчег с частицей мощей святителя Николая Мирликийского
  • Собор Всемилостивого Спаса — именно с его восстановления в 1992 году началось возрождение всей обители
  • Церковь Успения Пресвятой Богородицы — прекрасный образец барокко, расположенный над северными воротами
  • Церковь Всех Святых — находится в трапезном корпусе, была построена в конце 19 века

Источник преподобного Давида в селе Талеж
Живописный комплекс с купелью на склоне оврага у речки Смородинки. Рядом находится необычная церковь Рождества Богородицы, построенная на средства Владимира Григорьевича Орлова — младшего из знаменитых братьев Орловых и директора Императорской Академии наук.

Чем запомнится путешествие

Мы пройдём по тем же тропам, что и преподобный Давид, прикоснёмся к камням, помнящим молитвы русских царей, и ощутим благодатную тишину, которая царит здесь сегодня, вопреки всем перипетиям судьбы. Вы сможете:

  • почувствовать контраст эпох, сравнивая архивные фотографии времён запустения с сегодняшним великолепием отреставрированных соборов
  • услышать истории о чудесах обретения святынь и о людях, чьими усилиями из руин поднялся духовный форпост Серпуховской земли
  • сложить целостный образ этого святого места — от его военной истории до тихой молитвенной жизни

  • Поехать можем на моей машине (Mitsubishi Pajero) или вашем транспорте, стоимость при этом не изменится
  • В программе предусмотрена кофе-пауза, по желанию обед (оплачивается самостоятельно)
