Вы полюбуетесь комплексом Мацеста, Зимним театром и другими шедеврами сталинского ампира, погуляете по центру. И в итоге поймете, почему простые люди, приезжавшие в Сочи, обретали еще большую веру в идеологию.

Советское наследие в образе Сочи
Мы встретимся у Зимнего театра, он же сочинский Парфенон! Вы сразу перенесётесь во времена Сталина: узнаете о первом приезде вождя в Сочи, о возникновении идеи строительства идеального коммунистического рая у моря. За 4 часа я помогу вам представить Сочи 30-50-х годов 20 века и покажу его роскошные дворцы. Итак, фоном для знакомства с эпохой и архитектурой сталинского ампира станут следующие достопримечательности:

  • Мацестинский курорт — сюда Сталин впервые приехал в Сочи — на лечение сероводородными ваннами. Вы узнаете, как за этим последовало строительство бальнеологического комплекса, о целебной силе минеральных вод и об именитых гостях Мацесты.
  • Секретные резиденции эпохи. До появления знаменитых госдач в 1936 году советская верхушка скрытно отдыхала в этих местах. Я проведу вас по забытым уголкам, где зарождалась культура «номенклатурного отдыха» — скромным постройкам, позже превратившимся в роскошные резиденции.
  • Дача Сталина — Курортный проспект приведет вас к довольно аскетичному зеленому дому, который почти не изменился со времен жизни генералиссимуса. Вы прогуляетесь по территории дачи и комнатам, сохранившим исторический интерьер. Я расскажу вам о сочинском дачнике Иосифе Джугашвили. Осмотрим кабинеты, обшитые деревом, посетим каминный зал, в котором пивали и Берия, и Маленков, и Хрущев, и Микоян — да вся политическая элита СССР. Осмотрим бассейн и домашний кинотеатр вождя.
  • Кроме того, вы рассмотрите нарядный Морской вокзал и здание Художественного музея — бывшего дома Уполномоченного ЦИК партии. Расскажу о трагедиях и мистике в судьбах архитекторов города, о подземных тоннелях в центре курорта и о том, какие здания он соединяет.

Ирине спасибо за экскурсию! легко, с юмором, но вместе с тем - интересно и насыщенно! Сталин открылся с новой и очень неожиданной стороны. передвигаться по локациям было комфортно, после экскурсии ушли с домашним заданием! выполнили))

все прошло отлично - легко, весело, не скучно. дочку Ирина так завлекла, посыпались вопросы. проснулась детская непосредственность и любознательность! дача Сталина важное место, а с личным гидом «оживляет» историю
