Описание

Это путешествие — для тех, кто хочет не просто увидеть красоту Кавказа, но и оценить его кухню. Вы полюбуетесь красотой природы, посетите старинные аулы и смотровые площадки, попробуете местные блюда. И узнаете, как рождаются гастрономические традиции Кабардино-Балкарии и почему еда здесь так тесно связана с горами и образом жизни.

Что вас ожидает

  • Вы полюбуетесь красотой живописных Голубых озёр в Черекском ущелье (30 мин)
  • Затем отправимся на домашнюю сыроварню — вы попробуете козий сыр и традиционный балкарский напиток буза (15–20 мин)
  • Прогуляемся по развалинам древних аулов — и нагуляем аппетит (1 ч)
  • Поднимемся на красивейшую смотровую площадку над Верхней Балкарией и сделаем яркие фото (1 ч)
  • Конечно, в кафе с аутентичной национальной кухней вас ждёт обед. Здесь вы узнаете секреты приготовления некоторых блюд (1 ч)
  • Отправимся в Шато Эркен — место, где должны были делать лучшее вино Кабардино-Балкарии (30 мин)

А в поездке будем говорить о культуре и различиях кабардинской и балкарской кухонь. О том, почему в республике так мало вина и чем его заменяли, как горные условия влияют на кухню региона. И не только!

  • Поедем на микроавтобусе Volkswagen, Kia Mohave или Toyota Land Cruiser Prado
