Описание

Кострома — сырная столица России, а дегустация местных сыров — неотъемлемая часть культурного кода города. Мы предлагаем сделать это в увлекательном игровом формате. Вы попробуете себя в роли сырного сомелье, вкусите деликатесы от местных производителей, узнаете интересные «сырные» факты и просто весело проведёте время!

Что вас ожидает

Гости делятся на две команды
Дегустируют сыры и делают ставки
Определяют выдержку сыра, из какого молока он сделан и другие его качества

А ещё узнают:

откуда берутся дырки в сыре
чем бри отличается от камамбера
какие из костромских сыров занимали золотые медали на международных сырных фестивалях
и многое другое
