Описание

Доходный дом купца Бака на Кирочной улице откроет перед вами свои главные тайны! Вы перенесётесь на столетие назад, не покидая одного подъезда, и увидите две противоположные жизни — дореволюционную и советскую. Эта экскурсия — наглядная иллюстрация истории России 20 века, рассказанная через стены, двери и комнаты одного из самых атмосферных домов Петербурга.

Что вас ожидает

Сначала мы окунёмся в эпоху модерна и купеческого размаха. Вы побываете в просторной квартире на третьем этаже, где когда-то жил нефтепромышленник Павел Гукасян. Высокие потолки, богатая лепнина, камины и просторные комнаты — вы почувствуете дух Серебряного века и буржуазного уюта Петербурга.

А затем поднимемся на шестой этаж и окажемся в совсем другой реальности — коммунальной квартире. Здесь будто остановилось время. Вы увидите, как в бывших роскошных апартаментах разворачивалась особая жизнь с общими кухнями, тонкими перегородками и соседями. Это живой памятник советской эпохи, сохранившийся до наших дней.
