Описание

Приглашаем вас в путешествие по петербургским «внутренним мирам» — в дом, где за парадными дверями раскрываются истории архитектуры, быта и человеческих отношений. Вы увидите, как жили поколения петербуржцев и как менялся их быт в 20 веке. Через бережно восстановленные детали вы откроете для себя дом как живой организм, а историю — как часть личного опыта.

Что вас ожидает

Парадная доходного дома — остановимся, чтобы рассмотреть витражи, лепнину и ковку. И выяснить, чем парадная отличается от обычного подъезда и что она говорит о жильцах.

Двор‑колодец — обсудим, зачем его придумали и как он менял городскую жизнь. А ещё поговорим об освещении, вентиляции, акустике, «второй жизни» дома и городских привычках.

Двухуровневая коммунальная квартира — здесь воссоздан быт и атмосфера советского времени. Вы узнаете, как был устроен быт и как строились отношения соседей и разных поколений под одной крышей.

Чаепитие с печеньем и Q&A — ответим на все ваши вопросы и подскажем лучшие ракурсы для фото.

Вы узнаете:

  • как по лестнице, перилам, витражам и отделке понять статус дома и его жильцов
  • какие детали присущи разным архитектурным стилям
  • как можно сохранить архитектурный декор на старых зданиях

Гидом нашей группы был замечательный харизматичный юноша с необычным именем - Феодор☺️ Ему - отдельная благодарность за проведение группы по маршруту, которое сопровождалось интересным рассказом и подаренным прекрасным настроением! Феодор очень хорошо разбирается в своей теме, знает архитектуру и видных представителей данного вида искусства, увлечён сам и увлекает других. Мы прошли по парадным, узнали не тревиальные факты о жизни в доходных домах, прониклись атмосферой жизни в них. Я не в первый раз на подобного рода экскурсиях, но данный маршрут и данного рассказчика рекомендую! Изначально смутил молодой возраст гида, однако в процессе экскурсии все мои опасения относительно вероятных знаний нашего гида испарились😉 Феодор очень образованный молодой человек, отвечал на все вопросы членов группы, не задумываясь, а действительно зная, будучи полностью в теме того, о чём его спрашивают. Это, конечно же, вызвало расположение и доверие к Феодору как к знающему сопровождающему. Сняла звезду за то, что в коммунальной квартире не состоялось обещанного чаепития☕🍪 Но зато мы послушали пластинки и насладились атмосферой настоящей советской коммунальной квартиры, где всё - подлинное, пропитанное духом того времени. Соприкосновение с историей настолько близко произвело особенное положительное впечатление🥰 Ещё звезда была снята за отношение организатора (Вячеслава). Ситуация: я прибыла на маршрут за 15 минут до назначенного времени и, увы, на месте не было никого ровно до 16.05. Я начала переживать. Это бы ладно, но ответы организатора на мои вопросы в чате оставляли желать лучшего. Так, на мой вопрос о том, когда будет гид, ибо на месте нет ни одного человека, всё ли в силе, ответа не было, а был встречный вопрос "А сколько времени?". Мне это очень не понравилось, поскольку ответ на вопрос я не получила, никого на месте не встретила, что вызвало определённые беспокойства, на телефонный же звонки организатор вообще не отвечал. К Феодору замечаний нет, а вот к Вячеславу как к организатору - да, они имеются. Учтите, что Вячеслав может вместо ответа задать Вам встречный вопрос, а на звонки и вовсе не отвечать.

Мы семьёй, 2 взрослых и 3 детей, побывали на замечательной экскурсии от Феодора, коренного петербуржца и профессионала своего дела. Глубокое знание материала, чувство такта и индивидуальный подход - все на высоте. Спасибо, мы получили колоссальное удовольствие от прогулки и беседы со знатоком. Экскурсия очень понравилась! Понравилась подача материала от Феодора: спокойно, без спешки, но при этом не затянуто и очень много информации. На все наши вопросы знал ответы - очень начитанный и культурный молодой человек. Единственный момент, в описании экскурсии было указано про чай с печеньем, которого не было) Ходили на экскурсию с детьми 9 и 11 лет, думала, что если они подустанут от информации, то чаепитие их подбодрит)) Но Феодор рассказывал так учлекательно, что было интересно всем.
